Worst restaurant I've been too in quiet sometime. I waited 15 minutes to get sat... and ordered a spin dip. Waited 20 minutes for that... and we finally got our drinks. Food finally showed up 50 minutes later and it was happy hour but they charge you the same.... never go here.

Worse service ever! Wow, we just got done having lunch there with our family. It took 20 minutes to get a table even though the place was empty. We got our drinks pretty fast, but no one came for our order. After awhile of watching our waitress chit chat with another staff, we asked if we could order. Our waitress took her time with everything. She did not check back for drink refills, however did ask if our food was ok. It did take about an hour to get our food. I asked for our check, but after 20 minutes, asked to see a manager who took my card. When the waitress brought my receipt, I was standing by the front door and she just shoved it at me, "Here." She had plenty of time to chit chat with her colleagues but no time for us. Won't be back. Food was barely adequate.

Delicious Food, Though Water Stains Disappointed at Applebee's I recently visited Applebee's, and I must say that the overall dining experience was quite enjoyable. The restaurant offered a satisfying variety of dishes that pleased my taste buds. However, one small issue that slightly tarnished the experience was the presence of water stains on the dishes. Let's start with the positives. The food at Applebee's was delicious and well-prepared. This place and specifically our waiter we're tremendous. We had had two blowouts on our trailer outside of town. And had a hard time being able to get the tires into town to get fixed. When we finally did the service place said it would be over an hour before they could Mount new ones and we figured we'd try to get some dinner. We came and sat down and we're waiting for food when I got the call that the tires were done and they needed us to come get them. We talked to the waiter and he said it was no problem that they would just put the order on hold and remake it for us when we got back. It took us a few hours to be able to get the tires and take them to our trailer and get everything put on and hooked back up. So we're worried that they thought we weren't coming back, but when we came back through the door he smiled and waved at us we put in our orders and brought out good hot dishes that tasted so good. Really appreciate him understanding the situation we were in and making it so that we had a really good meal

It took about 20 minutes to be seated when ordering waiter was impatient she wanted menus back I was still looking. It looked like she got mad rolled eyes and walked away I asked another waitress who walked by for a side of onion rings which I thought was $1.99 for a side got charged $7 99 got charged for chkn bourbon with shrimp which we didn't want in first place one of the girls said it was going to be hard to change order trish or tish said it was already pre made and very delicious.we weren't going to take it We asked to order shrimp and broccoli she said it would take a while but we told her we would wait another what 20 -30 min food was room temp didn't finish meal husband and I shared the plate wasn't as appetizing .bill was$ 82. He insisted on tipping but I told him no just left $3 probably pissed them off but service was very poor Need improvement in hospitality! Don't plan on returning to this location! !

Good service, delicious food (we just had the appetizer combo). My chilled margarita was just perfection. The hubby's beer was served with an ice-cold beer glass, too. The dessert was bite-sized and just enough for the two of us. The server was super nice and attentive. She made sure the chicken (for the hubby) was separated from my vegetarian food, and the nachos were made meatless. It's the little things that matter!! We'd have loved to go back but couldn't make it on our return trip from Santa Fe. Haven't been to an Applebee's in almost 6 years, so we were pleasantly surprised with the experience. Look forward to visiting our local Applebee's again. I go out to eat for the service... good food is a bonus, lolll.

Honestly Im a little disappointed n upset I understand that I ordered at 830 at night.. but that's no excuse to give a paying customer something that's been sitting there for a while and is visibly noticeable.. I ordered wing's and a kids chicken Alfredo.. the we're ok n the side that came with the kids plate was ok but the chicken Alfredo was received in a container that' looks like it been sitting there for awhile.. cz u can see the grease right through it.. for being that I paid $8 for that is ridiculous..

We got there as it was opening. The food came put really quickly and done correctly. The servicer did check back early on in our meal but my husband acted more water, Seth's glass out by the end of the table, its server walking by at least 3 times without acknowledging it or us. Had to specifically flag her down to get more water. Then she must have entered our food on wrong table number because there wasn't a bill to pay at the table top computer. So she had to have a Manger do something, so we could pay.

Very clean! Patrick S gave excellent service and was friendly. He was welcoming to every customer that came in. I was a Manager for 30 years and I would have like dozen employees liked him. I thought he was the manager. Mike C

The waitresses/ waiters/ & manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND to retrieve my fallen ID that fell in between some cracks between the base board & wall. I am still astonished of how helpful they were in helping me. This is our usual eat out spot, food is always amazing and so are the drinks. But nothing or no one else can ever top this staff & manager ever. Raises for all.

Waited atleast 15 minutes. Sat and went to get our own menus. Told by Rachel not to touch menus, even though I sat myself. So sad not even one server or hostess was out watching floor or checking on guests already sitting.

Very good experience here. They where a little short staffed but we have no complaints on food, value and service. We have been to this location and it seems to be managed very well.
