Pick up was and is always amazing. The issue I believe come from the manager over the online orders. About a month or so ago things have gotten really messy! Missing items, list items , items being marked as picked up 20 to 30 minutes before I even show up and park. I believe this has to do with management. I feel bad due to the fact that the employees taking the items to the cars are the ones being thrown in the fire. They are getting yelled at and having to look for lost or misplaced items. Not right management. They are in the front lines. Try taking care of them not numbers. They aren’t real life humans ! ☹️

I shop Walmart all the time. I like the location nearby home. I don't always flick the SURVEY at the end of each transaction. But yesterday one of the ladies who assists at the self checkout hurried over to my register. Kinda moved me out of the way, hit 5 stars, then handed me my receipt. I really don't think completing your own review is approved of. And to move me aside?....wow. I will definitely be clicking the 1 from now on.

We stop at Bernalillo everytime we come through town. This time we broke down on Saturday August 12 and had to stay until August 16th. Thank you Bernalillo for your hospitality, the Walmart employees and the residents of Bernalillo have been such good neighbors that I think we're going to be home sick when we leave.

Let’s literal coyotes and aggressive dogs be brought in. Dogs are constantly in the food section and in the baby seats. They bark at and charge people frequently and nothing is done. There is also frequently a smell of decay coming from the rat traps in the pet food section. They seem to have a large rat problem and they do not keep up with disposal. The front door checkers will sometimes literally harass you even if receipt is shown. The pharmacy is excellent, but between the pests, wild animals and out of control dogs, you would be better off shopping elsewhere.

The "manager" Marcus at the Auto Care Center was extremely rude and even tried to threaten me after refusing to do a return on a set of tires after a botched install. Zero stars. Walmart's tire prices are competitive but this shop will make you pay in the end. Do yourself a favor and use a professional shop the first time and avoid this circus at all costs.

Better selection than the coors bypass location. The employees' fulfilling online order are always leaving their carts in the middle of the aisle with no regard to anyone else around them.

I had a great experience except for it was a little crowded I was able to get everything I needed for my dinner tonight
