The staff went above and beyond in being personable and understanding and helpful. The fries were HOT and salty like I asked for, and the ice cream cones were nice and large for a very reasonable price! Way to keep it "small town"!!

We have been coming to the Berne McDonalds for a couple of years now. The food is always fresh and always the right order. The employees are always nice. We've only ever had one issue and that was today when we got a chicken sandwich that was rubbery which we know is not anyone's fault but the employees made it right for us and were super nice about it. Zero complaints from me. Berne McDonalds and it's employees are awesome!

It can all depend on the day and time. Haven't had the best of service lately. New equipment maybe great, but food should still be hot not luke warm when you get home less than 3/4 mile.

Order sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and there was no egg in there.

I enjoy going inside to get my carmel iced coffee at least 3 times a week! Lol

The people who work here are very kind and friendly! The line moved efficiently, even though they were a bit busy. It's not often I'm motivated to review a McDonald's, honestly. I was very impressed with everything. The building and landscaping are well maintained, as well.
