Lovely place and staff

Stylish and peaceful place to stay, highly recommended.

The reception works well, they help with any question, they will call a taxi for you, or help with any other issue. The problem of the hotel is that in 12 days they never changed the bed linen, this is a big minus. It is also noisy, there is construction going on nearby.

I enjoyed my stay. The appartment was clean & fully equiped what made the stay more comfortable. There was also a reception available for any questions & help. The staff was helpful & nice , especially Ghita. She is a professional & very friendly . My stay was from 14-17 octobre . Sincerely, Kaoutar

First the negatives... cigarette burn hole in couch...black stain on couch..no hair dryer to help speed up drying your clothes or hair ...bed too firm...you need Moroccan adapter for wall outlet for your electronics not provided ..I stayed here from Sept 12-16 th 2023 ..The positives ...pillows comfy ...you can pick type of apartment you want with amenities available..they have a balcony view of the street and sesting area with chairs ..the location of mine 13 rue Ahmed Enassiri is great ..high end shopping restaurants down the block ..at least 2 small general grocerie stores within 2 blocks ..a steak house ..burger king..a sushi place within 3 blocks a drug store also 3 blocks..taxi service within 1block..the manager and his assistant answered all my questions..the door is key coded ..so no lost keys ..the building is staffed at least from like 7am to 12 midnite ..so your safe ..after..you use a code to get in front door...check out is personless..very convenient..you get email reminder of your last nite ..and you leave before 11am at your leisure..id recommend it a d id stay again..
