I am a traveller from Australia. I went to have eyelash extensions. The lady removed the existing eyelashes and glue explained there was a slight infection in my eyes caused by the previous eyelash extensions done in Egypt. I respected her for asking me to rest my eyes for several days and to go to a chemist for something to help heal the infection. The day after I came back for a Hammam. I am so glad I did! It was a lovely relaxing and cleansing experience. Thank you so much ladies 😀

The service is just amazing!! The salon is super cute, clean, and cozy! I had lashes extension and a brushing and it was an amazing relaxing experience. I will definitely come back, my new favourite salon in casa!!

The manager is sooooo rude and mean She backbitted a costumer in front of me with another costumer just because she said to her that she doesn't speak french she speaks only german and arabic She claimed that the girl has no educational level juuuust because she doesn't speak french What a shame !! Very bad atmosphere full of hate and L3YA9A LKHAWYA ! Level up chwia

A+++. 10 stars if I could. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. First day, had my lash extensions done and to be honest, they did better job than some I’ve gotten back home (US). I made an appointment for next day manicure, ended up also getting pedicure and hair color done. Was intimidated at first being I speak little to no Arabic or French, but they spoke English! Would absolutely recommend to tourists if your looking to get pampered on your visit. You will not be disappointed. Service, salon, and staff are amazing!! Will definitely be coming back every time I come visit!!

After 3 months backpacking Africa I needed a well deserved break, and was pleased to see Beauty Mirror had a ramadhan special on, so I decided to go for a hammam. It was my first hammam ever and it was so amazing. The lady who did it for me was so kind, and so thorough I felt the cleanest I ever have been. Then the woman who did the massage was absolutely perfect. In fact, I loved this salon so much I ended up going back every day! It is impeccably clean, staff are so welcoming and friendly and as a bonus their prices are great. The next day I had eyebrow threading and one of the best sets of eyelash extensions I have ever had (they use great lashes from Japan) and a haircut. On my final day I couldn't resist going back once more for their special hydra facial and a full hair treatment of balyage and k18. I feel like my skin has done a total 180 since having the facial and the hairdresser is even better than my one in Australia, and for 1/4 of the price too. I made all my booking through their instagram which was super easy. Can't recommend this place enough, I'm sad to be leaving Casablanca just because it means I can't come here again!

If you want a serious nail infection on 4 fingers that doesn’t go away for months that’s the place to go! I’ve had hundreds of pedicures in my life and I never had infection from the salon, the owner offers only apologies and 250 Dh which is a joke and then ignores your messages. The nail technician cut 5 of my fingers till they bleed. I’m still battling infection 1 month later, it’s bizarre. Ms Dounia or whoever the owner is, that’s not how you treat your customers by ignoring and not taking full responsibility for the damages that caused by you hiring unprofessional and unqualified staff that’s just causing harm to your clients. Also, not sure how do you allow your staff to eat sandwiches while crumbles of bread are falling on your clients during pedicure 🤷🏼‍♀️
