Be aware !!! this Hotel is unsafe because the security men who should protect the residents instead of that, they killed a Saudi tourist. A Saudi man was killed by 7 security members of this hotel with no mercy

Very bad experience requested a second room until they told me that the hotel is out of rooms which is not true, The room cost 1050 DH without even a ocean view Very bad and it will be the last time I visit this hotel.

Filthy hotel, totally rude stuff. They have gangster members as a security guards how the hell would you feel safe. Barbarians should not be working in hospitality 👞👞👞 They killed an innocent Saudi citizen.

We picked this hotel because it says it’s a 4 start hotel, but in reality it should be a 3 start hotel. The rooms, elevators and pretty much the entire building is outdated. We had to switch rooms because wifi was not available. You sense an smell of smoke in the rooms and in the lobby when you walk in. The hotel is not bad but definitely not a 4 start.

We had a pleasant time during our stay in Casablanca. Breakfast was spot on, and the reception people always went the extra mile in helping us with different queries. Very happy with the stay overall!

It's a beautiful hotel, nice view from our balcony. The ocean is right there. My advice , do not take a suite. The suites there are smoking rooms. Imagine the smell, especially if you are not a smoker. Better to take a double room. We had booked a suite for 3 and a double room, and switched to the double room because of the smell and it's carpeted..First they offered a small room, we had to argue to get a bigger room and they brought an extra , very unconfortable bed. The staff at the front desk a bit arrogant.

Tasty healthy food, good bar lounge restaurant where you can enjoy night chats with your friends.

Location is pretty good. They have a shuttle that takes you to the airport for 300 Dirham which is convenient: I was a little upset that the front desk staff stopped my parents to ask them for more money because the room was “booked for one person instead of two” - it was pre-paid through AMEX and there should’ve been no concern brought to their attention. I paid for their hotel room and even had the email to prove it was paid for two people. It was cleared up but my mom notified me and was concerned. My parents enjoyed the food at the restaurant and they also enjoyed their bed, but this staff needs to get it together a little bit. I will probably stay at a different property next time unless this is the only option.

A very-well located hotel with great amenities and on-site pool, bar, restaurants, and more. Its location near the beach and ocean make it incredibly nice - the view from my room was fantastic. The front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful, assisting in ways beyond what they might be expected to do. My privacy was respected and I appreciated that a lot, especially as a foreigner. It was a pleasant stay. I do recommend they disallow smoking in their rooms so people with asthma and/or sensitivities to smoke feel more comfortable there.

This hotel is very nice decor wise and amenities. The service however is not the best and can definitely be improved. We had two rooms as I booked for my other members of my family. Couple of things 1) the air conditioning in both rooms we were in were not working properly. When we reported this to the reception, we were told that this is the way they work. It wasn’t much of a problem as the weather was not as warm. It would be an issue if this was in June/July. 2) we asked for an iron and the person at the front desk and their reply was that they have one iron for the entire hotel and it was broken. 3) pool was great, however, no toilet paper or soap in the pool washrooms, 4) I usually don’t like my room getting cleaned , so I put the *Do Not Disturb Sign* we were going into our room and saw the cleaner in our room. I do understand she is going her job, but there was a sign and I wish it was respected. When we asked her about it. She said it will only take 5 min. Regardless of how long it was going to take. I did not wish for someone to go into the room. As mention over all, it’s a nice hotel, service can definitely and should be improved.

The room facing the street was very noisy. The restaurant is connected to the terrace and you can smoke on the terrace so the smoke was everywhere. We paid at the reception for breakfast 300 MAD at check-in and then we got the bill 240 MAD for breakfast anyway. The staff took all our towels from the room before we had time to check out. The mirror in the bathroom is at chest height so it was impossible to put on makeup. At check-out they told us that the room was unpaid and we had to explain the matter because we paid cash at check-in but we didn't get any bill. I do not recommend. This is not a 4 star standard.

Beautiful hotel with ocean view! It’s located in a small alley. Interior decor is chilled and relaxing, room is clean and spacious. From the hotel it’s walkable to most of the nice restaurants at the waterfront. We enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel with the excellent location. Located at the center of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, mall, and tram are within walking distance. We changed the room for two times. 1st room had no AC, 2nd room the bed was hard and gave my husband a back and neck pain. 3rd room was fine but, the stepping inn and out of the bathtub was to high and dangerous. My husband and I assisting each other in and out. Him for having a knee problem and me in an average height. For the Americans, only advice I can give is to bring an adapter. The hotel not providing an adapter for charging your smartphones. Other than that, friendly staffs and good hospitality.

We stayed in a junior suite. While it's not too expensive one would expect more. The rug looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned and everything smells like smoke (apparently there are no non-smoker rooms). Several other little details on maintenance. Too bad, because with a little more detail oriented management this place would merit its four stars. In any case, there is nothing better in the area. The restaurant associated with the hotel is good but pricey. The other restaurants along the Corniche seem to be more nightclubs and are lousy.

This was the very first time (and last hopefully) where my room faced onto a very busy traffic roundabout! It was noisy day and night.

This is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. The pool is amazing. You can walk right out to the beach from the pool area. Our room was overlooking the pool and at night it was beautifully lit. The location is fantastic. It's a quick walk to the path along the ocean where families and people are hanging out and enjoying the day. You can walk around the area and feel safe and find plenty to eat or small shops. The service and staff were impeccable. They were extremely helpful and responsive. And always greeted every guest with a smile. The rooms are nice, a bit cramped but not a problem. The bathroom was a bit tight and the shower was bit challenging to navigate given the position of the knobs and the sink.

Service varies. Sometimes it is great, other times horrible. The restaurants close too early.

Very average hotel, a bit old and tired. It is centrally located but also positioned right next to a busy intersection / traffic circle so it is very noisy in the rooms facing the traffic circle until late at night. Best to bring some earplugs and sleeping tablets, or ask for a room facing the side street. The room itself was quite large and comfortable but there was no complimentary tea/coffee. Breakfast was OK. Wifi was good. I would say 3 stars, definitely not 4 star hotel.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Right on the beach and corniche but also close to city centre and medina.

Upgraded as my standard room was quite noisy. The hotel itself is very nice with friendly staff and quite well situated near bars and restaurants. Breakfast could be better.
