What an amazing stay I had a Hotel Le Diwan in Rabat, Morocco. Hotel management (Salah) greeted me upon arrival and escorted me to my room with a basket of fruits and cookies after a long flight. The hotel is within walking distance of the medina, marina, new theatre, several banks, restaurants, and bakeries. The spa is amazing! If you've never been to a Moroccan Hamman, you are missing out on a treat. Go downstairs and book a massage with Najia and Hamman bath with Asilaa. You must take advantage of including breakfast (and dinner) with your hotel stay. The breakfast selection was delicious; fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, delicious french pastries and more. Room service was excellent. Aichia took care of my room everyday (Bonjour! Madam). The entire staff was very attentive, always asking if everything was good. On a last note; the level of hygiene is excellent. At the front entrance, the host takes your temperature and provide hand sanitizer before entry. Hand sanitizer was available throughout the entire hotel (elevators, front entrance and dining tables at the restaurant). If you need Covid testing, there is a laboratory within walking distance just across the street or you can go to another laboratory near the McDonalds (10 minute walk). Everything was truly excellent, beyond my expectations. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I checked in around 11 pm. I was with a travel tour company. I missed the welcome dinner, so the hotel brought my dinner to the room within minutes. This food was delicious but not served hot. The room decor is very outdated, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The bed was comfortable. The staff is very nice.

Excellent hotel, centrally located and 12 minutes walking from the Medina. Rooms were not to the standard in regards to cleaniness of the carpets (stains everywhere), but beds and pillows were very confortables. Staff was very attentive and kind, making you feel appreciated. I would stay here again.

My friend and I had a marvelous experience at the spa. There was a great special in the afternoon that included the hamman & massage. Rafika and her assistant were wonderful & experienced! Rafika went out of her way to make us comfortable & made us delicious hot tea afterwards. Highly recommend Rafika & her assistant!

We were here for breakfast. A 16€ breakfast p.p. The selection is opulent. But Furnitures are old, chairs spotted and with crumbs. The toaster squeaks the hole time. And many goods are not so fresh, you can see it.

I stayed here with Gate 1 group. The location is good and the room is clean. The best part about this hotel is it’s SPA massage service. I had Rafiq Ka for an hour massage but I wish I had booked for 2. I get massage regularly so I am very picky. She is definitely a very experienced masseuse. I highly recommend her. Next day I booked Hammam for an hour with Hayat. Hammam is a new experience for me but was interesting and feel extremely clean after. Hayat is great I highly recommend her as well. Of course I had another hour massage with Rafiq Ka. Don’t miss the SPA if you stay here.

Went to the Hammam Spa at the hotel. It was an experience I would not have wanted to miss. Out of this world! A massage, cleansing, sauna and exfoliating all in one. Hayat and Rafika were two wonderful and experienced women. Thank you ladies!

Overpriced, food in the restaurant is average, room is just fine but nothing special. In the city centre around 20 min walk to Hassan tower and the Medina. Massage was super good though.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, with the city center, beach, and public transit all within easy reach.

This is a totally fine business hotel. The rooms were fine, the bed comfy. The breakfast was fine, I'm a bit sad it was mostly Western, would have liked more Moroccan choices. There isn't a gym or pool. Our first room was a bit bigger, king bed, but was facing a very noisy street. We asked to move to a quiet room, which was facing an empty lot, which was nice and quiet but the room was noticeably smaller and only had a queen bed. We stayed in it though because the noise was too much in the bigger room. The location is pretty good, 10min from the train station, and central enough to a bunch of tourist attractions. We wouldn't stay here again. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. I'm sure there are nice hotels in the same price bracket on quieter streets. Didn't take any photos because it wasn't exceptional enough.

the hotel was smelling mold everywhere, in the rooms, in the hallways of all the floors! the staff was nice but the smell was strong! the restaurant also served us a very smelly chicken! in both cases, they give us a new room with 3 choices all of them smelled unfortunately and we ended up choosing the less smelly one, because no other choice at that very late hour arriving from 5 hours drive at night. For the restaurant the same they changed our dish with a different one that was ok. I will not choose to go there again because of the humidity and Mold smell!

Exceptional hotel in all ways! The staff are friendly, helpful and eager to please. The restaurant food was simply delicious! We enjoyed the lobby bar for visiting and an easy snack. Many places are easily walkable from this hotel.

Le Diwan in Rabat, is a superb dining destination. The service is exceptional, the food is of the highest quality, and the chef's expertise shines through in every dish. I particularly enjoyed the fish. Highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.

Service and location are amazing, but the room was horrible 😭 dirty ans smelly, I mean the carpet has spots of dirtiness that look like blood and smells very bad as shown in the picture. It's a pity!! Hope they can change all carpets and do some updates since it's a "4 stars hotel"

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely hotel. The room was a bit old but very clean and the bed was supper comfortable (not slept so well since ever). The restaurant was nice and staff very helpful and accommodating! The manager suggested places for sightseeing and showed us to the paediatrician when our son felt a bit sick and made sure that the doctor understood English before leaving us there. Would recommend and return there myself!

Because the room smelled like mold, tried several rooms and they were all the same. The corner of the small balcony was full of cigarettes, none bothered to clean them, the hotel looks globaly old, the carpet is stained and the double bed with 2 matresses, you have to push them all the time next to each other. What I liked about the hotel is the brealfast

Good wifi. Room is a little noisy depending where they put you... choose a room away from the street. Breakfast okay. Pricey

This hotel is very disappointed: room smells, towels is dirty color, no cups in the room, and linens looks unchanged with dirty colors! So uncomfortable!

The pictures of the Hotel Le Diwan in Rabat on their advertisement don't look anything like what my wife and I experienced on a three day stay there recently. The AC in our room did not work. The room smelled very musty. Our room was on the street side of the hotel and the noise from the traffic - cars, trucks, and motorcycles - made sleeping next to impossible. Personally, I would never stay there again.

The 2 stars are for the breakfast as it was really good but the rooms have mold and we all were coughing throughout the night. I ignored the reviews mentioning this and booked thinking how bad it can be

To be honest I never went in, i give it 5 stars because you can use their wifi there. Just put your email address in and your connected, it was a life saver because I was lost and needed wifi to use Google maps to get me home lol. If you have ever tried to find free wifi in Casablanca it's almost impossible so thanks if your reading this. :)

The hotel very bad first impression, dirty rooms, AC not working. all this bad things ok besides the smell, The problem you can't stand is the smell of damp, even if you don't have any breathing problems, you will get sick. You will get sick. I couldn't spend the night.

Not so great place. Rooms are not very clean. Looks like a very old hotel with little maintenance. I suggest you take off carpet and keep either a wooden floor or regular floor is also fine. Staff is in general helpful, however breakfast serving staff can be better. Lady making omelet has little patience and also has no idea how omelet are made. 😞 One of the worst omelet, I had! They think, pouring too much oil makes omelet better. Management may consider her taking out for breakfast in some decent hotel, like nearby Marriott, so as she get to know, how omelets are made. Also, you may invest in some good cappuccino machine, they are not that expensive also.

We were planning to stay in the Hillel for 2 night, however changed the plan as the service and the hotel amenities weren’t up to my expectations. First the internet was not working, it took them 2 h to fix the problem. Between 2.00pm and 4.00 pm there was a drilling and hammering work inside the hotel , even after I asked them not to do it between 2-4 when the people are resting , they continued. They play very nice, say , oh , sorry , sorry and continue why they know best. The mattresses are old and I felt the springs in my back while I sleep. The ac doesn’t work in Heat and the rooms are very cold. There’s no gym and pool. When money exchanging , they take your euro and if you have some dirhams left they refuse to exchange back, they send you to the airport. Overall one of the bad experiences I had.

It is important to understand that hotels in Rabat are not usually of good quality and those which are good are few ones and Diwan can be one of them if few things are added
