Intimidating owners! I was parked in the bell parking across from the berry Inn parking. The owner took it upon himself to police their parking, I explained to him (a man I have never seen before in my 29 years of growing up in berry) that I am rushing to the dr surgery with my very unwell son, and it is the closest I can find considering he couldn’t bare to walk far! This man proceeded to argue with me; even after explaining the situation he quite literally said ‘I don’t care’ my 11yo son battling an infection and was made to watch while this man continued to staunch and intimidate us and I continued to try to diffuse the situation. I’ve spent my whole life living in this town and never have I been made to feel like this by a fellow local? this town is beautiful and shouldn’t be ruined by people with these kinds of attitudes. Relax you’re in a rural town! The sooner you adopt our carefree attitude, the better! Good luck with your business hopefully you are more like the berry way soon!

Good location, straightforward check in, parking and access. Pokey room, dark, couldn’t pull back curtains for light without being exposed to the car parking and other guests walking past. The room had a musty smell. The bathroom sink was cracked, not sure that is even compliant these days. Opened the fridge and there was a cockroach on the shelf scurrying. No top sheet, so doona on or off only options. Soulless. No co fly chair to sit in, made sure we spent minimal time in the room. We decided to check out after one night and cut our losses.

You really cannot beat the location of this accommodation. It is literally 30 seconds to the local pub where you can grab a nice drink and sit around the fire. The rooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. Our room was accessible for wheelchair users which is always nice to see. Self-check in/out is nice and easy meaning you can enjoy a full day in another part of the southern highlands before coming to Berry.

Highly recommended. Staff are wonderful and very helpful with suggestions on what to do around town. It's very close to the city centre. They were kind enough to upgrade my room, which was very enjoyable. Bed was very comfortable also. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Berry 😍

These rooms are very clean and comfortable with bathroom, basic kitchenette, dining table, TV and reverse cycle air conditioning. Very close to Berry shops and in walking distance from the station. I would thoroughly recommend. I cannot comment on the service as apart from placing the booking we did not make use of it.

My stay here with my partner was excellent. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. They were nice enough to leave a bottle of champagne and chocolate for me as I had asked for it for an early birthday surprise for my girlfriend. The location was great, basically on the corner of the main streets in town. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Berry.

We stayed in a queen room during peak season in Jan. I think the rooms here differ quite a lot but if you were going to select the most basic room I wouldn’t really recommend it considering what you pay. It was quite dark, they don’t provide basics like bottled water , the sheets were thick without a top sheet. Great location quiet despite being behind the pub.

Very comfortable room and close to Berry centre so we could walk everywhere in town. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Air conditioning helped a lot as it was hot during our stay. We stayed in the garden room which had a table and chairs outside in a little courtyard.

A good place to rest on a busy stop to Berry with a great location waking to anywhere in the town. We stayed in the Family two bed room. It has an unusual layout with room 1 walking through to room 2 to get to the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and room was nicely decorated but I wouldn’t want to have to spend too much time inside the room and is great if you plan on eating and spending your time exploring the area. When we arrived the room was freezing cold and seemingly hadn’t been inhabited for a while. We set the aircon to heat and had to leave as we were too cold. The second room also didn’t have any direct heating requiring the door to be left open through the night. I would really recommend the manager to leave the heating on for their guests in winter.
