We had a day out here in January 2024, and it cost us 7,900 LKR per person. The hotel has a really big pool, which was awesome. The buffet was okay, but there weren't many different kinds of food. They only had a few dishes, so it wasn't the best buffet we've had. The beach is really nice, and it's safe to swim there. They even have a lifeguard on duty, which is great for safety. Overall, it was a good day out, especially with the big pool and nice beach

Spend two day and had a great experience. customer survive perfect n rooms very clean n comfortable. meals so delicious n tasty simply rate as awesome 😍❤️ hotel has massive pool area n garden also its maintaince level perfect. Can arrange simple games for team and night time also can arrange outdoor calypso party with BBQ meals.garden edged with beach. My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The hotel features breathtaking views of the ocean or the surrounding gardens and the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable. They served delicious meals, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. The standout feature of my experience was undoubtedly the exceptional and the service provided by the staff too. I would definitely recommend it to others. We were group of 5 people and we stayed at Occidental Eden Beruwala for 3 nights in November 2023. We were beautifully welcomed after a long journey. The hotel is clean and airy. The hotel manager gave us better accommodation than we had purchased. There are only rooms with pool/garden view. The pool and garden were beautiful. The hotel is really big, there is bar, play area, wellness.We also have experience with a doctor who we called through the reception and they helped us a lot.

We had an amazing experience at The Occidental Eden @ Beruwala. one thing we really loved about this hotel, and that is something I have never seen in other hotels was "SERVICE" it was remarkable and Their customer service was in top from welcome to the good bye.Specially hotel staff member "FRANK" did the remarkable service from beginning to end and Other staff was very helpful throughout the stay, that is we have ever seen in other hotels. The room was clean, comfortable. They served delicious meals, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from. Dinner and breakfast also acceptable level. The pool area is particularly lovely with plenty of sun loungers and it was very clean Overall my experience at Eden was truly exceptional and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel filled with beauty and good vibes.

Staff at the Eden are what makes this a five star hotel. All staff are so very polite and want to ensure you have an enjoyable stay, From the gardener to the restaurant staff to the door men. I also celebrated my birthday while here, Silva from the sports bar arranged a lovely evening for me. Silva continuously asked if we needed anything, if we were happy throughout our stay. He engages with guests so well, ensuring he gets to know the guests. He goes above and beyond for any guest. The bar staff in the sports bar are also amazing. Navin also always showed interest in what we were doing around the resort and often joined in with games, ( he is the table tennis champion) The team at the pool bar again were friendly and always engaged in conversation. We would come back just to visit the staff.

2 things I really loved about this hotel, and this is something I have not seen at other hotels. a. They have so much outdoor seating arrangements, chairs and tables. It is so convenient to have a relaxing chat with your family or friends, even late into the night, under a star-filled sky. b. They have these High-tables, with stools in the middle of the main restaurant. I loved this, because even when the area was crowded, this particular table (there are 2) was always empty. Had no issue finding a seat during peak dinner, breakfast or lunch. Washrooms are large, and also the service was quite friendly and prompt. Swimming pool was also great, large, enough space for crowds, including small children.

Had a wonderful experience at Eden while on a corporate outing in September 2023. Hotel has been refurbished and revamped in an elegant manner. Rooms were clean and fabulous. The kitchen did a tremendous job in fulfilling our cravings. Had a wide range at the buffet and food was delicious. But most of all staff was exceptional. I have never felt so homely at a corporate hotel chain before. Staff was really friendly and kept on checking on us about our satisfaction. It was very noticeable how each staff made an extra effort to keep the hotel a lovely place. Hope they will keep their service levels consistent in the future. Overall this hotel is a hidden gem in beruwela area!

Big shout out to the Chefs in this hotel. I have been close to 50 hotels so far overseas and SL. But the tastiest food was found in Occidental Eden Beruwala. I would love to come again to taste food. Please keep it up. I was not much happy with the room. The floor was not well cleaned. The duvets were old as they were peeled. Pillows were super heavy. We were offered two twin beds arranged close to each other even we are a couple.

Value for Money and Time! We had such a wholesome experience at the Hotel. The service, the rooms, the food, the experience and the ambience were exquisite. The rooms and hotel had a minimalistic vibe and had an amazing pool & beach view. Beautifully designed hotel and lobby is outstanding . Food was so tasty and staff is very professional and friendly. Gym, water sports, carrom, chess, table tennis and kids play room was available. They had a cultural show too when we were staying. It's worth the money and all should visit this hotel.

Beautiful location at the mouth of an estuary onto the Indian Ocean. Lovely sunbed lawn among the palms to sunbathe and watch spectacular sunsets. Friendly attentive staff and great, varied buffet food. Would recommend.

It was a really good experience overall. The location was beautiful with gorgeous views. The service was excellent throughout the stay and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and well placed. I can easily say this is one of the best places I have experienced.

Great location! Service staff excellent! However, accounting and billing dept needs improvement… If guest’s agent didn’t made payment, guest should be informed at a time of check-in; not at a time of check-out… in our case, accounting dept failed to get the confirmation from the agent for two days and made us wait unnecessarily at check-out while they get the confirmation. Indian Food choices were there but not to the traditional Indian taste. The head chef in charge needs to look into it to make Indian guests stay experience better!

It was a wonderful experience at Eden. Their customer service was in top from the welcome to the good bye. The room were so luxurious, clean and calm with many facilities inside. The food was the best part. Every meal were so delicious and had a variety to select. The pool was so clean and safety as well.

Eden need to maintain their standards because if not international standard rating system is not useful. Required to renovate the hotel building and furniture need to update. Food supply is good and room boy /managements are friendly.

It was really nice to have a resort like Eden to spend the quarantine period. From check-in to check-out all the procedures are really convenient and not disturbing to guests. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable as we have to spend whole time at the room i was really concerned about that and amazed with the room when I opened that for the first time. Special thank to Mr.Neranjan Nanayakkara who helped out and look after through out the stay by calling and attending to our requirements ASAP. It was really helpful to had him when I’m struggling to settle the room bill and with the options he gave i was able to solve that on the same day. Thank you for all the army officers who worked in frontline and medical officers as well. Looking forward to stay at Eden again with my family after the pandemic and wish you all to stay safe.!

To all we stayed at the Eden garden resort from the 27th of November to 11th of December 2020. We were in quarantine as we came from Australia. I must say the staff was very friendly and well mannered. We had a good stay. I must say that Indika was so good. It is a very beautiful place as well. a.aand the food was good
