My husband and I went there. They were so nice. So accommodating and kind. We did stand up paddling and wake boarding. Pubudu and the team were so nice.

You need to bargain for a good deal. The instructor who accompanied my 15 year old was quite good and was well worth the money spent. The water in the river is quite dirty and I would not travel the distance to experience water sports. There are better options near Weligama etc

Water sports center at the bank of Bentota river with a beautiful view friendly staff, clean and large rooms, really tasty food at a very reasonable price.

Had fun time at Malubanna. Nice location. Memorable boat ride through the mangroves. Delicious fresh lobster served alacarte was another higlight of the tour. Great and sportive team at the property.

Awesome day out and very good night sleep. The water sports rides are first class and top quality, latest jetski, good safe equipment. The Captain's are well trained and very friendly - really nice to be with. It's like they invite you to their home. Seafood Restaurant on first floor overlooks the river and you can watch the people having fun. The hotel rooms are above the restaurant and have views overlooking Bentota Beach and the sea. You can see the guys at White Sands Surf School having fun surfing also. Ask for the boss Chatura or Sujith or Pubudu - they are the best :-)
