We spent last night at Sea Rock Villa and it was the best choice we could have done! like a boutique hotel with just few rooms amazingly decorated, with high selling, pool view, amazing breakfasts and so-so kind and gentle people! there’s a restaurent for lunch and dinner, the plates choice is very good, many local dishes, very good prices. the pool is just fantastic! ❤️ and for sure, an ocean in front… we managed to swim, the waves are not strong. and the sunset was so beautiful! we regret we didn’t stay more nights, really! a place to come back!!!

A very nice budget hotel of sea front with friendly staff. You can have safe sea bath in adjoinnig indian ocean. Order and have your food in shady benches outside enjoying sea breeze.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The location couldn't be better, right next to a beautiful beach. The service was friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The food was of excellent quality, and we enjoyed every meal. The hotel's small pool was a nice addition, and it was always kept clean. The rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel impressed us. I can't praise this place enough – it's a true gem for a relaxing vacation.

Great stay. Hotel is located on the beach from pool you can observe ocean. Breakfast could be better, I dont eat eggs and meat and I didnt have a lot option to choose. If you want to try some water sports you can go to Bentota Beach, its 5 minutes tuk tuk ride.

Rooms are neat and clean. You’ve an uninterrupted view of the ocean just outside your room balcony. It’s pretty close to the shore merely 80m from the shore. Beautiful location. When it comes to food, it was a nightmare. They treat Asians differently from the Europeans and ppl from other country. The food that was served to us on the night we checked in was terrible and the next day I had food poisoning and one day of our vacation was ruined and after we complained the next day dinner and bf was miraculously good all of a sudden. This is not fair. The restaurant staffs should respect all guests as guests irrespective of where they come from. PS: Except the bad food everything else was top notch.

Beautiful resort with their own access to the beach.. the rooms have a wonderful view of the pool and the beach lined with trees.. their restaurant is also good with vegetarian options. The resort is a few kilometres before the town, which is perfect if you have your own transport and is located directly on the coastal highway. The only drawback for us was the limited breakfast (no buffet) with less variety/options.

There were 8 of us that booked out 3 rooms at this villa. We all enjoyed our stay thoroughly - the staff were all friendly and accommodating to our times of travel for breakfast from the day of arrival. The swimming pool was clean and food from there restaurant was tasty. The hotel has its own private beach. The only downside is that it is far from key tourist spots, e.g. Ella or Galle. It is a 15 - 30mins drive from the Madu Ganga river and Bentota Beach! The room was clean - had both a fan and aircon to keep the mosquitos away. Very spacious and modern rooms.

Had an amazing staycation! The villa is well kept and clean, incredible staff and the food was good. The villa has a beach front and a pool which was a plus for spectacular view of sunsets.only downside is the beddings and towels have seen better days, a change in that would make the rooms better. Otherwise, i would recommend this place and yes i would come back again!

This was the best place my family and I visited and had fun, it is such a serene and wonderful place, with good view of the ocean while dipping in the pool, service was excellent, staff very friendly, room very comfortable and they really think about their guests, hats off the Sea Rock Villa.

Thank you for looking after the 10 of us so well. Everything was perfect. Gorgeous rooms right next to the beautiful pool, lawn and beach offered all we needed. Lovely food accommodating us all especially the children who though the chocolate milk shakes were fabulous. The icing on the cake were the wonderful staff who simply couldn't do enough for us. We had a great time at Sea Rock Villa with 2 seniors, 2 kids, and 2 adults. The location right on the water cannot be beat! We went in June which is off season so we literally had our own private beach. The rooms are kept very nicely, but they do need a bit of ant control. Small ants were everywhere. Food can also be improved to offer more vegetarian and international dishes. We'd really love to see hummus & pita and a veggie burger. Also, please replace the baby cot, it's completely unsafe for a child to sleep in and could really cause the child serious harm as it was literally falling apart at the hinges. I had to tie it with scarves to keep it together. Final thing is, this hotel is actually located in Induruwa, not Bentota as advertised.

Small hotel at the beach with nice clean rooms, very helpful staff and excellent kitchen. Ideal for some days after arrival to get adjusted to the climate and before e.g. going on a round trip. The sea was a little rough there just before Christmas so one could hardly swim and pool is quite small

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Rock Villa. The rooms are simple though equipped tastefully and very clean. Certainly one of the cleanest hotels on our journey through Sri Lanka. The little restaurant provides you with tasty food and excellent fresh fruit juices. The staff is friendly and helpful. To our surprise neither the road nor the railway were noisy or somehow disturbing since only a few trains are passing and all the rooms face the beach. A great place at the beginning or end of a visit to Sri lanka.

If tired of your daily life and suddenly want to leave... Look for the sea rock Villa in Bentota. A spacious room, clean facilities, a sea view with a recited view and a pool under a palm tree... It's a better accommodation than any other beach resort in Sri Lanka. And if you look at the kind staff who always smile and the beautiful two managers (Jaika and Darshika), you know why you should stay here. The wonderful breakfast and dinner seafood at the restaurant are unforgettable memories. If you want a happy holiday in a quiet place while enjoying the intense sun and sunset of the bentota beach, don't hesitate to choose this place. Train sounds are memories and romance. I will comeback.

What a wonderful place! You can really relax and escape from crowded places. The service is amazing, they go out of their way to make you feel good. The rooms are really big and the view from the balcony is amazing. Food in the restaurant is also very good so you don't need to leave this place:) wifi is very fast so you can easily even work from there.

We've been here for a few nights in December 2021 at the end of our honeymoon and we were really happy with our experience. The hotel is located right at the beach and has amazing view, swimming pool and sitting area. The food is really good, both for breakfast and dinner. The stuff is friendly and speaks English. Can recommend!
