Don’t go here unless you want to be miserable like the employees. First off the young Spanish woman at the front desk who takes your temperature was very rude and not helpful at all. I am very disappointed at the fact we drove all the way here just to be told I can not bring my mother with me, but than she says if you are a minor you can go with her. So you are saying if I am a minor I can bring my mom but if I am not a minor I can’t? That is still two people? Makes no sense. The girl couldn’t even call the doctor to ask, never even gave us any options and just kept saying this is our policy. Than when we walked out she very rudely said have a nice day. I don’t think someone with this kind of attitude should even be working at a front desk with people.

if I could give zero stars I would. Never in my life have I had such an unpleasant experience at a doctors' office. waited for over two hours and the nurse practitioner was so rude to me I literally left in TEARS!!!I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. please avoid these people. I tried to speak with the office manager about the situation and she didn't seem to care at all and she blew off my concerns.

They will let you die! If you want to see your primary doctor the appointment will be 2 months out! It’s sad!!!!! Even when you trying to message your primary doctor! Want here back in weeks it’s so annoying! Literally dealing with a lot on my health in can’t even get the proper care! Like I said they will literally let you die!!!!

If I can give The lab a 0 I would . Went to get blood work done and they keep messing everything up , only doing certain blood work when many were requested . now I have to take time out of my day to get this done AGAIN , like people make mistakes I get it , but twice ??!. DO BETTER GUYS !

Dr. Skerrett is a caring and empathetic doctor. I recommend her. Ive been going here for two years now and I haven’t had any problems in this clinic and with my doctor. I recommend!

Ghetto ratchet people working here. You call and they either hang the phone or tell you to “hold” and hang your call. Not sure who trains employees here, but clearly it shows the clinic doesn’t care for patients. If possible, change or avoid this clinic!

Marlen very unprofessional receptionist. Wanted to go back for my favorite OB but nevermind. Just the attitude you come across a simple phone call for information. Can change everything, no records of my entire previous pregnancy visits really. . .

I don't know how there is so many bad reviews. I had a really good experience definitely will be coming back .

Although I haven't been here yet. I called and spoke with Paula. She was extremely helpful and did not rush my call. So far I'm happy with the customer service provided. Looking forward to scheduling an appointment here

Dr. Torres has been treating me for a few years, and she helped me get through my first pregnancy. Excellent medical professionals with a wealth of knowledge.

Add a No Standing zone sign to your physician parking spots if you don’t want anyone on your way.

I came in for a yearly exam and at the Covid desk the young lady asked the usual questions and I made the mistake of casually stating that there was a positive case in my school, she stated she had to go in the office and ask if it was ok for me to go in. I stated that my office is no where close to the student's classroom and that I had no contact as asked. She came back and stated I could not go in. I fasted for bloodwork and it was the afternoon and I was not happy with what was stated. I asked for the person who made the decision and she came out with someone who stood behind her as if I was going to do her harm. I stated again that I had no contact with the student and she kept stating it's protocol. I asked to speak to Dr. Horonich who she said made the final decision and she stated "He is seeing patients", on my appointment time? and that he would call me later to discuss, still waiting for that call days later. I left stating I am switching health systems. I have had it with that office, the office staff always makes things difficult for patients, they have done it to me before and I have seen them do it to others. I was a patient of Dr. Klein for over twenty years who has retired and I stayed, but this was just not using common sense so goodbye and thanks for finally pushing me to find a trully caring facility.

Please do not Schedule with Resident Hougen.She is incompetent and lacks empathy and professionalism.I arrived within my 15 minute appointment and have been waiting here over 2 hours. She then says she can’t see me for all that i need which was some forms and her to check my ears. Which i had sent a message prior and she said i needed and appointment. I waited over an hour for her to complete one form. If you are BLACK woman please do not go see this Karen . I am in tears at how i was treated ! If i was late they wouldn’t have seen me!

Though I haven't yet visited this place. Paula and I spoke on the phone. She did not rush my call and was really helpful. I've been pleased thus far with the offered customer assistance. I'm looking forward to setting up a meeting here.

The receptionist who answered the phone was incredibly rude. The menu options included “refilling a prescription”, which I needed. However, when I said this to the receptionist, they yelled at me “this is not a drug store. call your drug store.” and hung up. I was in disbelief that she didn’t even let me explain that I needed to see my doctor to get my refill so I called back but was sent immediately to voicemail, which I can only assume the receptionist did. Why are your receptionists not trained on 1.) what the menu options are and 2.) how to speak to and treat patients with respect? I wish I got her name but it was a call at 9:13a today.

The receptionist Is very rude I didn’t know I had to schedule as a new patient and not return patient . So she said she had cancel my appointment she was very rude about. I will never try to make and appointment at that place again.
