Great weekday brunch spot or even if you're looking for a regular date night restaurant - this is it! Be sure to check their website as they have interesting events all the time. Try out the pizza or pasta making classes or even a cake decorating class. Ladies be sure to book for the next Sunday G&T brunch! Cannot fault this restaurant, great service and delicious food.

Good food. No dessert on menu. Service slow. Martini arrived without an olive!!! 😳 Ordered pasta to get experience of cheese wheel - never happened. Such beautiful place, so sad that service standard is not the same.

The place is absolutely stunning! The waiter was friendly and well-mannered. I definitely want to come again. The bathrooms are conjoined (mens & ladies). Low-lit, smooth music and wooden finishes is the vibe. If you sit outside, it's a bit loud compared to inside (on the weekends/busy nights) because of neighbouring restaurants. The pasta was to die for! The drink was amazing! The bakery has yummy delectables too! They have 2 "bigger" seating areas that you can book/reserve for bigger groups for events. They are secluded and are both completely different in look and feel. They're also closest to the bathroom. Overall, this place is worth every penny and I can't wait to bring more people here!

Old Town Italy helped me create one of the most memorable nights of my life. One of the managers, Meyers, went out of his way to help me set up everything to propose to my now Fiancé. From the moment I walked in with half an idea he was helpful and accommodating. The waiter Audrey was also very helpful in everything she did to make sure the night was romantic and perfect. I couldn't of asked for a better night or experience and its all thanks to Old Town Italy.

This restaurant tends to get very busy. They do take reservations. Customer service lack in certain areas. Even though busy waiting period for food was reasonable. Overall nice Italian vibe.

We took a short trip to Pretoria and stayed at the The Capital hotel in Menlyn. This restaurant was jumping the entire time. Always busy and the crowd was lively! We decided to give it a try but the food was meh! The service was excellent however the food lacked major flavor.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The food is beyond awful: blend, small portions, ridiculous prices. They don't substitute ingredients on their very limited pizza selection They don't have half the drinks on the menu Terrible food, average service, no value for money

My colleagues and I decided to have breakfast there and it was such a bad choice as there were other options that we debated but ended up going to Old Town Italy. Firstly, the food was underwhelming and our lamb sausages were burnt. Secondly, one of my colleagues does not eat lamb and asked that they substitute this with bacon but our waitress came back and told us this was not possible (mind you they did not have chicken sausage that was on the menu) Secondly, our waitress seemed aloof and did not check on us even once. lastly, the prices are not reasonable for a mere portion of eggs, mushrooms, toast, tomato and a sausage. You are better off at WIMPI. However, the Deco and general set-up is great

Decided to have dinner at this place for the 1st time. Walked in and the service was great. Our waiter checked on us throughout the whole time we were there. The meatballs starters were great. No doubts! But the pasta meals. Horrible. For a pasta lover this place has degraded pasta!!!! They should remove pasta on their menu. Meanwhile I couldn’t finish the meal, I googled and noticed wow I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE. The food at this place is just not up to standard.

I had a delicious creamy Tagliatelle with lovely white wine. The restaurant is located next to a bar playing very loud music, which made it difficult to have a conversation with my date. The waiter was helpful and efficient, despite looking he would have more fun serving customers next door.

Babra was a fantastic waitress, very friendly and accommodating. Food was made incredibly quick. Would recommend!!

Passing this store with no intention of eating here, decided to try something different and I am grateful for the experience. I decided to have ask for a fresh Juice called Energy Kick with fresh Ginger,Pineapple,Carrot and Apple. Scrabble egg on a croissant was made to perfection.

Such a beautiful Italian restaurant😍. I loved everything about it, the atmosphere was great🤩, it was a bit empty which I really love. The service was great, our waiter really outdone himself. And the food and drinks were out of this world. 10/10 Highly recommend it🔥🔥🔥

The restaurant was super humid, when I asked them if there’s somewhere cooler, they said that their fans weren’t working. The breakfast menu is not that great as there isn’t a wide variety to choose from. The mutton sausage was a bit too rubbery-like for my liking.

Overpriced and unimaginative dishes. Not worth the wait for the food. I would be embarrassed to work here if I had to serve the food and then present the bill to the customer afterwards. There are a lot of places around the square where you can get much better food than here. Not recommended

Great ambience, love the Italian decor. Had breakfast, A lil disappointed with the taste of the food I had high expectations considering the location and price of the meals, a variety of tea options available.
