The food is really great. I just don't like their setups the tables are too small and don't accommodate large groups. But the food is really on point and there's a fast service delivery.

Very disappointed to order on MrD and get a chicken burger so raw I wouldn't even feed it to my dogs. The order was delivered far too quickly for them to check it was cooked properly. This is unacceptable for any place that is in the food business.

Friendly service and the place is neat and clean.

Workers don't seem to value customer service. (or the customers at all) a smile never hurts. Heard staff say racist remarks to white people.

Very rude staff and unprofessional, one member of the staff just walked away while we were still talking to her . Not even greeted with a smile . Very disappointed...

Nutella ice cream is never available and no indication on the boards as you wait to order at the drive through. Very disappointing especially in the middle of a heat wave.

Prices displayed do not include sugar tax. No menus, other than the ones on the boards are available. Waited long for the order (in the parking area) It was just not a nice experience.

I was in a rush, i left my cold drinks and i came back, guess what? 😀 The lady in a dinning erea was running to me coming with my cold drinks... I felt the super service. Too much care for their customers... I love their place their food is the best in town, always fresh❤️❤️❤️

Food is great, service worse than anything you can ever imagine. Is like they are doing you a favor. Environment very dirty, table not being cleaned after customers have eaten. Staff has lots of negative attitude. The service is just non-existent. You have to ask for almost everything. We were a sit in. We had to ask for almost everything that goes with a sit in. Like what kind of staff is that?

If you want to have something to complain about go to Burger king South Africa. Calling the manager of ghe team does not help at all. Poor quality carton to put drinks in. As an added bonus the lids on the cups dont work... this causes nice leaks as you drive home. Just to get home to super cold food. Absolute disgrace

Worst experience ever. We ALWAYS order x2 food from Burger King. Don't you blame the innocent lady from Mr Delivery. She wasn't supposed to open the food parcels. Burger King likes and prefers to blame the INNOCENT employees from MR Delivery. The lady from Mr delivery said she's not allowed to open the packages.

Food was lovely but the staff didn't know how to handle the dinner rush. People were crowding the counter and the customers couldn't get their order. Overall not bad. Yummy yummy

The secunda burger King drive through is really a joke, with only 4 cars in the driveway,I waited for 15 minutes before I could buy. Such a disappointment 😞

There as no chips as it was out if stock! The Bacon Peper Burger was not as expected it was bits of bacon and not the streaks was not tasty at all. However the extra long Chilli cheese as always is a winner!

How do you open if you don't have any cooked beef patties? Why do you wait till we pay to tell us we'll have to wait extra for patties to get cooked? It's 8:45 in the morning, of course everyone is time conscious
