Had a good experience here! I was very well received & attended to very quickly. The restaurant is well lit & the large glass windows added to the welcoming atmosphere. The food they served was fresh & tasty - with a friendly smile.

Having had a bit of bad luck the last time I was here, I decided to stop by for another try. Steak was way better, cooked to my liking, and may have renewed my liking for Spur. I do believe that I may have been a bit harsh on my previous review, My children enjoyed their meals the last visit, and even more so this visit.

It's a regular eating place whenever we shop in town, and it's been a real treat every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the service is quick and efficient, and the waiters know exactly what to advise and what's on the menu and if they've run short of any stocks, so you order once and get what you ask for. The portions are very liberal and there's no skimping on anything. To top it there's a very good seniors menu at a very low price. The management is efficient and yet unobtrusive. This Spur comes highly recommended.

I love to eat at this Restoraned and eccperions is always a great time. Phenomenal eatery.

It was very accommodating, The food was great, I tried the new nachos schnitzel and it was delicious. I always love that The Spur group has something new. Their quality and taste always stays the same. And the service is always top quality. The play place is great for the kids, they love it and it's very safe.

Spur Oregon is just another spur like any other spur. Food is average but I find that the Spur's are getting very priced but also understandable with the costs of overheads. Keep on hunting

We loved all our meals here.. maybe some healthy options? Miss TAB! Staff very helpful in the beginning but sort of disappear after order has been taken...found it in all spurs.

Waiter was rude. She left the table while I was still giving an order. My wife Chai latte was sour. She brought the wrong food and it was ice cold. Never eat at spur secunda.

I am not a fan of Spur steak houses. In general, it gives me the impression of a dirty restaurant. The table is always sticky, I wipe it clean with a couple of wet wipes. Spur is also the only family restaurant I know, that allows the parent to let their children sit on the tables, I always wonder if the parents allow the children to sit on the tables at home. I was taught that tables are made for glasses and not for ...... unfortunately, my hubby had to eat fast to take his meds and Spur was the closest. Firstly the waitress could not accommodate my husband's request to swap the beacon for peace of red meat even if we will pay more. My hubby had to ask another waiter to do so. The first waitress kept on serving us as if we are responsible for all the problems in her life. My hubby tried in vain to make a joke with her to get a smile. We could not get a smile out of her no matter what.

It's was a good atmosphere with attentive waiters in low capacity but a effort is made to meet your needs as the consumer now it's a spur so don't expect a Michelin star but the food meet a need and follows the niche of a spur restaurant

Place used to be good. There's A LOT of bullying going on in the kiddies area though, which makes it really UNPLEASANT. This is my second time having to deal with this. Over all good, our food got served with no plate mats. Good food, good service.

Food was great. Atmosphere was lovely. Waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but didnt seem equipped to deal with large groups. Supervision in the play area is needed. Too many random parents were confronting kids unnecessarily.

Spur is what we all know just portion sizes get smaller and more expensive everytime we visit. Food was ok nothing great, couldn't have coffee and couldn't use the bathrooms as they didn't make provision when they didn't have water...

I don't normaly like leaving bad reviews for restaurants but I've now had multiple bad experiences at this resturant so It has to be done. I've been given rotten baked potatoes, greasy chips and onion rings what haven't been properly drained of excess oil but my main gripe is not with the qaulity of the food it's pretty good by Spur standards. It's the absolute disgrace of a floor staff what is my issue. The wait staff are poorly trained and unfriendly. If you go in to place a take away order they'll ask you to wait so they can seat other customers who have not been waiting as long as you because they obviously prioritize tips over good practices. It has happened multiple times. I am normally placing large orders for my family and I do tip as if I were dining in but this is besides the point. When I do dine in the resturant is often understaffed and the staff they do have are very poor wait staff in my experience They often reek of cigarette smoke as well. To be fair when I aired my grievances I was offered 50% discount by the manager what i declined and left. I have had enough of this place and wont be returning which is a shame because I enjoy Spur's food.

We had to beg for cutlery. chicken was hard didn't have flavor. This is not like other Spurs I've been to ,tables were dirty ,chairs were not cleaned .

After a two star rating Spur contacted me. Highly satisfied with the quick response. Food was good. I will return to enjoy a steak at Spur Secunda. The Owner and Manager reacted quickly to satisfy an unhappy customer. Well done

Not a good experience... could not complain of service, because there was none... we got seated and given menus... 15 minutes later we got up and left without as much as one word from any waiter or waitress. Disappointed because its not even the 1st time with this bad service.

Waited approximately 45min for 2 waffles just for 1 to arrive at the table by the time we were ready to leave about 30 min after I was told 5min for my waffle it arrived after with my bill. Definitely won't be going back

Never got a chance to order food so can't rate something one never had. Service was absolutely disastrous, I was never served. Disappointed. End up leaving with my heart broken children, it was a sad site indeed.

Haven't been @ spur in a while, always testing new restuarants in time... But it was so nice to get to where restuarants started for me. Food was allot and great😊

Onions rings were oily and looked like yesterday's left overs. Chips as well. The cheese sauce was disgusting and I got only 4 prawn tail

A very poor service...waited 2 hours for our food. Just don't go there if you're really hungry.

The service was bad,we sat almost an hour just to get attended to by a waitress. After they took our order we waited another 1hour 30 to get our meals. Just when we want to pay,the speed point is missing that's another 20 minutes to locate it. It was draining.

after more than a handful of experiences from the secunda restaurants I feel compelled to leave a bad review. The waiting time is ridiculous and the waiters take forever to check on your table. this has now become standard practice. definitely needs improving in that department. I wouldn't recommend this specific restaurant for a sit in rather order for delivery or collection.

worst service I've ever experienced at any spur ever. Ordered kiddies meal and ribs for alduts only to receive wrong orders for the kids no apologies and we sitted ourselfs from the door.. Waited an hour to get the food i understand its a busy day but get wrong orders and still wait for the order for another 30 mins..
