I had a best birthday celebration, venue, food, accommodation and breakfast was good. Glass Hall was exceptional beautiful big and enough space for us to dance. The staff people were very friendly including bar man. Only alcohol that was too expensive. Looking forward to have my husband birthday celebration next year but will be happy if we can negotiate alcohol prices. Thank you Heleen who help us to arrange everything.

A big thank you to Heleen, who is just amazing in arranging and delivering everything! And she has an eye for detail and skills to make it look really nice! Annah and Eddie were most helpful, from decor to putting up our Seeff branding and packing up again - appreciate your kind spirits. KG, you certainly cooked up a storm! Food was mouth watering delicious! Oxtail, pork belly, pumpkin fritters... yummy! The fifth star is missing due to the barman that was not up to standard. He was slow, not using the tab that we arranged upfront, not willing to sell wine per bottle, only per glass and then you had to wait for him to find a wine glass. He was slow and unfriendly. That part was just uneasy and unnecessary. Overall we had a great time!

Our company, Stanco Motor Group, had our year-end function at the Glaskas venue with Boesies. It was incredible. Everything was in its place, the venue was clean, well taken care of, the garden was amazing. Our food was incredible, as always, but a special mention to the chefs, they've outdone themselves. The waiters was neat, presentable, quick, effecient and friendly. Heleen communicated throughout the event with me, and everything happened on time. Afterwards we had platters ordered as well, it was incredible! We ate everything! Thank you so much to Meghan, Heleen, Beauty, Anna, Agnes and everyone else who made this event so spectacular.

Great views and atmosphere but the restaurant could only could supply us with toasted sandwiches for lunch, which you would expect the toasted sandwiches to be better than what was served since that's the only food they could serve. Cool drinks served with no glassware or straws.

As a "mother of the bride" ... the once loving and peaceful nights suddenly disappear, as the wedding day comes closer ... not to even mention the Bridal Shower. But thanks to Meghan and her amazing team at Boesies, the venue was booked, the setup and decor was arranged and the devine platters were fresh and ready to feast on. All my energy and attention could now be focused on my daughter because of an excellent Boesies team!!!! Thank you guys ... you are the best!!!!! 😁

We had our AGM there from 2 to 4 November 2023. Thanks to Meghan and her team for make everything so easy, delicious and special. We had all our meals, breakfast lunch and dinner and there was a wide variety to select from. A special thanks to Agnes (Aggie) that stayed behind every evening for us to finish after 23:00. You are super special and never complained.

Had a tough start to the outing... But the lady called to apologize. The food was inconsistent, had a closing for 16 people each persons food was different. The chicken cordon Bleu was missing ham and cheese in some rolls, steak was a tough for some. We ordered Malva Pudding and got sponge cake and custard... {Buffet food} Veggies were delicious..... Overall not a terrible experience, I believe the venue can redeem itself. Gonna give them the benefit of the doubt, they had a few events running at the same time...

We recently had the pleasure of having Boesies host our wedding ceremony. We were very surprised to find such a delightful and beautiful venue in the middle of Secunda of all places! During the planning of the wedding, Tannie Heleen was absolutely instrumental in assisting us with the available options and guiding us through the intricacies by providing advice and assistance in preparing for our big day. The service and help that we received assisted in making the process much less stressful than what we expected. On the day itself the venue was beautifully arranged exactly in line with our requests. Tannie Heleen and her team were available and accommodating to even last minute requests and the day proceeded exactly as planned. The food at the reception was excellent and very reasonably priced. There was also great value for money for ourselves and our guests in staying over at the venue and making use of the facilities on offer at Boesies. We would definitely recommend Boesies for any functions that you might have in future, especially for the assistance and personal attention that we received from Tannie Heleen and her team! Had our daughters Holy Communion at Boesies Glasshouse this weekend...and it was fantastic..from the beginning Megan and her team was super accommodating, even made the food the way I wanted it. And when it came to the rain flooding the area they handled it like pro's... I didn't have to stress once. Megan, our gratitude to a fantastic day can't be expressed enough, can't wait for the next function!

I've dined at Boesies for 4 weeks during my stay in Secunda. The food was always fresh, refined and creative and the staff warm, accommodating (as I'm vegetarian) and very friendly. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning next year. A big thank you to KG and Nellie for their hospitality, cooking talents and warm friendly smiles🙏👍

How do you thank someone for creating a fairytale? We were astounded with the beautiful creations Heleen and her staff managed to do with the impossible task I gave them with the instructions “Make it look pretty”. From the very first meeting we had with Heleen, we knew our wedding day was going to be something to remember for all the good reasons. To Heleen – you are now what I can call my other mother – here’s to many more fun times ahead. Beauty – you are what your name says you are. So full of laughter and always up for a little fun and jokes – and you are such a devoted and loyal person!! Annah and Eddie – you run around with so much to do, but always with a smile on your faces. Ready to help anyone with anything and then more. Thanks for helping making our wedding the best day of our lives. We’re still tasting the amazing food that KG, Agnes, Nelly and Goodness prepared. Have you ever heard a 16-year old saying how nice the veggies was?? That happened!! The guests were amazed with the amount and quality of the food – still talking about the food the morning after! I made sure I ate till my wedding dress buttons came loose – not missing out on that feast!! Mandla – you made sure nobody was left thirsty and there was not a single person waiting for service. Give that man a Bell’s!! Londi, Sibonseng, John and Siyabonga – thank you for your incredible professional service. To manage such a big crowd and so many plates, glasses and cutlery and still not leave even a single empty glass or bottle in sight – you are like magicians! Thank you to Rhodes who handled all the craziness in the honeymoon suite before and after the ceremony. The apple-but-not-apple juice you brought for our gin mixes was delicious. To all the other staff members that worked behind the scenes and not mentioned above – please accept my deepest thanks. Without your hard work – there will be nothing to be thankful for. Ek trou sommer weer!!!
