Food was delicious and staff was friendly, 😋😘💕

Was my first time visiting the Spur in Ermelo and I was pleasantly surprised. My first impression was very good when I entered the Spur, big area with ample of seating and a very large smoking area compared to the shoes box areas one tends to get today. The service was excellent, I didn't once wait on a waiter and the service was friendly and efficient. The breakfast I had was proper and I would say Spur is gaining the upper hand on Wimpy in the breakfast department! Excellent all round experience and sure to visit again Soon!

Always a win for the kids! We've been to a couple spurs over the last few days due to a lot of traveling and spur is always our top choice. The kids play area was great and the service was good. This was also the first spur who asked for my family card - very helpful! The kids were also all given lucky packets on the way out which was an added bonus.

Wooow that place is clean big and enjoyable

Most horrible dinner, our main dish was ice cold. We send it back to be warmed in a MICROWAVE it came back ice cold again, and obviously the taste of the food was below standard! Not worth wasting your money to support this establishment!

The experience was very wonderful with only R500 I was able to enjoy the combo ribs and wings with chips. I added a few drinks. On that day it was a very special day for me because I was celebrating my birthday. Likely enough the waiters sang for me and they gave me an ice cream which I really enjoyed. I would highly recommend any other customer to go to Spur to celebrate their birthday at Spur.

The food was okay, the waitress was very friendly. Service was slow though.

I was so disappointed when I took my mom out for her birthday, I asked that they sing for her and they didn't, and gave us our dessert in take away containers, I will never visit your establishment ever again, I was disappointed with the treatment we received.

Good food, even I was impressed! Great place, very big play park for kids with attendance to look after them, my grandchild got n arm tag with name and tabel nr on and cell nr! Impressive!

I've never been to a spur so terrible! The food is awful. Whatever you order, DO NOT ORDER CREAMED SPINACH! You'll regret it. The meat tasted off like it's expired and sour... it's just simply the worst I've ever been to

I have been at this Spur quite often on my way to the OR Tambo Airport from KZN. SERVICE has always been slow, but on this occasion my International guests waited 65 minutes for their orders to reach their tables. 35 minutes later we could depart. 1 hour and 40 minutes later we could depart after much hard talking and threatening, is did not make any change and was seen as a joke. No apology and laughter behind the hand. NEVER THERE AGAIN !!!! The Restaurant was only half full and no extraordinary orders, Burgers and Ribs for 8 Tourists. N0 NO NO. . . . POOR.!!!

I have always loved spur but its got to expensive nou to ho eat i used to eat at spur every week no its only every 2 mounth but still stayes the best food on earth

Love this branch of Spur. The best staff, manager goes from table to table to meet and greet, and doesn't matter how busy they are, you receive your food on time on a hot plate. Will always make an effort to go here

Food and service was terrible. It usually was a good place. Don't know what happened. Management should train staff properly.

Staff is very friendly, the food took long to come but it was worth the wait... Happy customer.

They are a little stingy in my opinion. So my partner ordered a guacamole burger and the guacamole on the burger was so tiny I'm sure he could barely taste that there was any on the burger. I ordered spicy wings. At some Spurs when you order spicy wings they give you the spicy source on the side. Did they not just coat the wings with a little bit of source. We were so shocked lol. But obviously it's a Spur so the food tasted good as to be expected.

Spur is one place I enjoy mostly around Ermelo, because of the service that I get when I'm there with my kidies

By far the best steakhouse chain in the world. The quality of the steak really is 5 star i only wish they had a spur near my house in England. I dined hear many times during my stay at the Ermelo inn over a spell of 3 years between 2012 to 2014 and i was really impressed with the quality of the food and the staff.
