    Very slow service, in fact the slowest McDonalds in South Africa. Took over 45 minutes after paying for 3 burger meals and one breakfast. If you in a hurry please go anywhere else. How do you expect me to contact you when you leave a website address?? Are you serious about contacting me or are you stating this to show customers you really care?

    Having to wait for 3Omin to get my meal defeats McDonald's advantage when it comes burger fast food outlet. SPEED IS NO LONGER THERE. Ticket number 3476.

    The food was supposed to be good. But the bad/lack of service given made the food taste bad. What a bad experience. We waited for more than 30 minutes for our food. And then even when they called our number everything was not done, and we received it in drips and draps. Not a place I can recommend.

    It's the worst ever McD drive thru I have ever been. Wanted 3 breakfast wrap they didn't have. We then asked what breakfast they had, and the guy said, "Let me ask Sifiso 😏. Sifiso kept on saying, "Tell them what we have. We then ordered 3 South African breakfast, 2 orange juice, and a cappuccino. We asked if we could have our eggs fried hard instead of scrambled, and we were told that, unfortunately, they couldn't. They could only give us scrambled eggs. The order took 25 minutes plus to come out after hooting , coming out of the car asking for a refund. The food wasn't even nice at all. It was on a Sunday morning, our first time in Ermelo on transit. They messed our heritage day 😪

    I used the drive thru outlet on two occasions at night last week. On both occasions one staff member was on duty for multiple stations in the drive thru. This resulted in delays which could have been avoided. On a plus side the food was good.

    +35min waiting time in drive thru que, service is extremely poor, while waiting in que the parking area was used as a public toilet, is their facilities not up to standard that the customers squated in the parking area? Disgusting, truely! They have so many price adjustments that one simply cannot keep up anymore.

    Absolutely appalling service, they have one person doing everything, maybe get accommodation when you decide to buy here because Its gonna take ages for your order. Dont know if they use old oil or the chips just aged while waiting but also This is also not an isolated incident.

    We sat outside with our children to enjoy the fresh air but the generator is extremely noisy but still we enjoyed our outing, making the best of the situation. Its a pity that our every day lives are being run by a government that is incapable of supplying basic services electricity, water and the rest thus restaurants are capitalizing on this-kudos to them.

    The only positive was the friendly cashier. We ordered breakfast. The self-service menu indicated that most items were not available, not even coffee. The toilets were dirty and cramped. We waited more than half an hour for a simple order of 2 McMuffin meals and 2 happy meals. The place was packed with people waiting to be served, even those who made use of the Drive Thru. To top it off, there were no cup holders, but at least the cashier smiled and apologised sincerely. I will not recommend McDonalds Ermelo especially if it adds almost an hour to your travelling time.

    Waited 20 minutes for our 5 coffee's in the drive through. Then we got 2 black coffee's in our order. We had to remind the lady about our McMuffin that we have ordered. Their attitude was horrible. Won't recommend a stop here at all.

    The drive through service is pathetic we waited 30min to order and then another 20min before food is given and no one informs you nothing. The service in this town socks. Will never stop here again.

    Service was a bit on the slowside when visited, the ordering system works great but lacks the human interaction. Staff was nice and friendly

    We stopped with a group of people. Most people got their food reasonably quickly, but one person only got their food once the rest of the group had already finished eating, which was annoying, as it held us up waiting for her food.

    My group of friends loves McDonald's! Lovely, friendly service. Good food. There are sometimes desserts unavailable which can be frustrating but there is usually something just as nice to get instead.

    Last time we drove through there it was perfect, everything was delicious. This time our order was incorrect, fries were cold, didn't have the nugget sauce we selected, not the right number of nuggets and they were stale nuggets too. Not fond this time. Maybe next time will be better

    If i could give a 0 i would. Worst online service ever. No phones, no tracking on delivery. No assistance. Waited more than 2 hours for delivery never received it. By 22h00 still no order. Want my money back!!

    Ive been to the store on 4 occassions and the App was always not working. Worse on the last occassion it was very slow, I tried to redeem the points, did all that is required and it unfortunately died again. It took the points but did not finalise the deal. I had to pay for my meals and was told that my points will be rewarded back to me....its been 3 weeks and they are still not back. ( From the 27 July 2022 to be exact) Help fix the challenge with the App at Ermelo McDonald's.

    They usually don't have medium meals, which is not the problem. The problem is when you order a medium mean and the accept your order and take the money. When it's time to get you order, they give you a large meal. The least they could do is let you know so you can decide if you still want to proceed or not.
