The location is getting tired (old). There are some great business here. This is where you must come to get you "Record de Polocivo" Apostilled. The government office that apostilles the paperwork requires it to be stamped first. This service is offered an local #37 and cost $7. Then you have to pay for the apostille at the Banco Nacional. Another $2. (The bank personnel are not helpful, lack personality, and seem to have a distain for work.) Once you have completed all the required steps take your paperwork back to the office of the ministerio de relaciones exteriores panamá. Drop off you Polocivo and return when they tell you to.
