    The last 3 times I went here they didn't get my blizzard right. Also, they don't have the dining room open so the drive through takes a while to get through.

    The soft serve was too soft. I purchased through the drive-thru, and the girl at the window started handing me my order, and the soft serve fell out of the cone and plopped into my car. Obviously, me and my car were a big mess. I have never had this happen. Stay away from this place until they get people working who have a brain

    If I could give a negative I would. Wanted Ice Cream but the mixer was broke, so we ordered slushy's when we got to the window we got drinks that were 100% liquid and no ice! They said that the slushy maker had issues. Soooo, we waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to buy slushy's that were not slushed that we had to throw away when we got home because they were all sugar.

    I definitely recommend this DQ. We attend this DQ every Sunday as a treat. We also do it to spend time with each other as a family. Unfortunately, last night didn’t go so well. We were beat from the week we had and wanted something quick. I placed an online order for myself and our youngest daughter who stayed at the house with me. My oldest daughter and my husband decided to dine in and take our food to go. Long story short, we were missing many items that we paid extra for. Well things happen and we’re not perfect so I decided to give the store a call and explain the missing items to them vs calling corporate. I requested to speak to a manager and received Charles who was very friendly and apologized for the situation and took it upon himself to make it right. DQ is very fortunate to have Charles on their team; he’s a great asset to them!

    The food here has been good the last several times with no issues with incorrect items, temperatures, etc. The Birthday Cake Cookie Dough Blizzard this month is amazing. 🤌🏼

    As far as I could see only 2 guys were working. They did a fabulous job, food was hot 🔥 and cooked perfect.

    Had my son a birthday party at this location and the service was excellent! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and we felt welcomed. The food was quick, hot and correct! I would recommend this location for future parties for your little ones! Thank you for the great day

    I visited this location last night February 27th at 9 pm. I am extremely disappointed in the treatment and customer service I received. The staff was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered. I ordered a combo meal, a milk shake, and a banana split with hot fudge as the topping. We waited for about 5-7 minutes for our order to be taken and when it got taken, the cashier was practically rushing the order. I tried to be as polite and understanding as I could because I know fast food is a hard job to do. I worked at this exact store in 2018 up until the end of 2019. Once I pulled around to the window, I paid. We waited for our food and there was a boy who handed it to me. His exact words were "your blizzard or whatever will be out next." Which, fine, I never remembered all the orders either but he showed no care in what he was doing. Secondly, the older woman (whom I am assuming was the shift manager) was extremely rude and short with me as well. She brought over the milk shake to the drive through and said nothing. I asked if my banana split was in the bag with the burger, to which she threw her hand up and said "I'm getting it." I do not appreciate being treated like a dog. I explained to her that I did not know what was happening as no one said anything and just wanted to check. To this, she said nothing and shut the window. Once I got my banana split, it literally just had hot fudge on it. No banana at all. I pretty much paid 5 dollars for a sundae. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But before I even got to the window, she confirmed with me that I still wanted whipped cream/bananas. At this point, I wasnt going to address it because I didn't feel like receiving even more attitude than I had already gotten simply for asking a question and paying for what I had ordered. I hope the staff understand that their customers support their business. I work in retail as a manager and I would never treat a customer this way unless they deserved it; I certainly did not. Every time I come to this exact dairy queen, I get attitude, my food takes forever, and 90 percent of the time it's not what I asked for. I get that customer service is hard, but not all customers are rude. Most of the time if you go into it with a positive attitude, you'll get a better response from your buyers. I do not appreciate being treated this way. I strongly believe that this store needs an attitude adjust and better communication skills.

    Just awful. Dirty store, huge wait times even when nobody is in line, wrong food, lousy employees. I really don't know how this place stays open

    My brother got my Mom and myself hotdogs and onion rings, I took a bite out and noticed a silver dollar sized spot of green mold on the bun just behind where I bit. We checked the other ones and three in total had mold on the buns. Disgusting and should have never happened. Either serve good quality food that you over charge for or close the doors before someone gets sick.

👍 I would have given them a 5, but unfortunately the fryer was down, so the menu was limited. But the food that we got was absolutely delicious. Our server was awesome and checked on us frequently. We will be back to try more of the menu!
