After 4 years of my loyalty and business, never have I experienced being treated so disrespectful at a business where I pay money! I received the text message reminder about my appointment, however multiple times were entered for my appointment and I was not notified of this. I have the text message proving my time, but I get a text saying my appointments have been cancelled. When I call to inquire why, they took zero responsibility that they booked times incorrectly. I also have NEVER missed or cancelled appointments on them, which they choose to do all the time! I would have appreciated a courtesy call but when I said this, I was repeatedly argued with and then HUNG up on! I showed up to the salon showing the text message with the time, and they said nothing and NO APOLOGY. I was ignored and had other techs do my nails. I have heard other stories about this salon, and after 4 years they have now lost consistent business.

I’ve been coming to Mani Nail Spa for years and will never go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and Kevin kills every design idea you show him!

I get pedicures with Jason and he’s great. He gets 5 stars. I ALWAYS have to wait despite having an appointment here, minus one star. Also, the place isn’t that luxurious and it could use some simple upgrades like offering champagne or wine and better customer service.

I had an appointment for a sun kissed pedicure. The booking said it takes 45 minutes. The woman who did my pedicure was finished in 26 minutes and skipped at least 1 step. It felt more rushed than relaxing. It started on time and I was appreciative of that. It was nice. But I'm disappointed I didn't get the service as it was advertised.

i love this nail salon! it’s definitely the best in pittsburgh & it’s very clean and welcoming! the techs are all so talented. i come periodically but recently i have been trying to keep up with my nails monthly. i won’t go anywhere else!

I got a pedicure done today and I had a great experience! I was early, and they took me right away anyway. Everyone working was very friendly, the shop was clean and the lady who did my pedicure did a great job! I will definitely come back & would recommend it to anyone looking for the typical nail salon experience.

The disrespect that other reviewers mention in their comments is REAL. I thought it might be because of the color of my skin as all ladies presently receiving service were fair-skinned. However, after reading the other reviews that spoke of the disrespect and the tendency to not honor appointments, I’m realizing that they are an equal opportunity rude establishment. Also, Tony is really not good at doing acrylics at all. They tried to make me and my daughter go to him even though I specified in my appointment (a week or so prior) that we wanted Kevin and Dave. I had also explained during a previous appointment that I was not happy with my full set done by Tony and that I would not want him again. Dave just smiled at me as I expressed my disappointment (respectfully I might add). He said “We’re too busy so you have to take who is available or not get done“. What is the point in making time slots for appointments if you’re going to overbook and be “too busy” to honor what the customer wants?

I love getting my nails done at this place! My nails always turn out perfect. Everyone is very friendly and patient.

This place is the best place to be pampered in a peaceful environment with the best nail professionals! I had an appointment and did not have to wait. Always amazing! Come here to get my nails done every time and it's always amazing service and value.
