After
4
years
of
my
loyalty
and
business,
never
have
I
experienced
being
treated
so
disrespectful
at
a
business
where
I
pay
money!
I
received
the
text
message
reminder
about
my
appointment,
however
multiple
times
were
entered
for
my
appointment
and
I
was
not
notified
of
this.
I
have
the
text
message
proving
my
time,
but
I
get
a
text
saying
my
appointments
have
been
cancelled.
When
I
call
to
inquire
why,
they
took
zero
responsibility
that
they
booked
times
incorrectly.
I
also
have
NEVER
missed
or
cancelled
appointments
on
them,
which
they
choose
to
do
all
the
time!
I
would
have
appreciated
a
courtesy
call
but
when
I
said
this,
I
was
repeatedly
argued
with
and
then
HUNG
up
on!
I
showed
up
to
the
salon
showing
the
text
message
with
the
time,
and
they
said
nothing
and
NO
APOLOGY.
I
was
ignored
and
had
other
techs
do
my
nails.
I
have
heard
other
stories
about
this
salon,
and
after
4
years
they
have
now
lost
consistent
business.
