I ordered an extra large pizza, 16 wings. I received a medium pizza and 8 boneless wings. Told me on the phone if I brought it back for the correct order it would be free. I got there and they tried to give a coupon for a free pizza I have to use in. 7 days. Told me there was no manager there to process my refund but would have one call me the next day. No one ever called. Food was meh and not worth the two drives and two hours it took to get the right food. I do not recommend.

Horrible. The guy at the store on library road in bethel park, pretty much told me to go eff myself after they messed up my order. Ridiculous! Horrible service!

Got a craving for pizza on my way home from work and called from the road 15 min away from the Bethel Park Domino's on Rt 88 south. I got a fresh hot out of the oven 8 cut thick slice pizza 5 minutes after I walked in. The place was buzzing with workers helping fill orders and delivery drivers picking up customers orders. I really liked the computer screen that tracks your order so you can see when yours is ready ! The pizza crust was thick and soft and cheese was nice and gooey. Good tasting pepperoni topped it off perfectly. Will definitely order again and recommend you do too !

Order garlic parm wings with my pizza and bread stix and they give us PLAIN wings with no sauce or anything. It's really not hard to read and make what is ordered.

I tried using the app to order twice now & it wouldn’t work. When calling the store the first time, the woman told me that I could only use coupons if I ordered online. Apparently they didn’t want my business. The second time I can’t order online, I call to try to order, and a man that was very difficult to understand told me that they don’t deliver to my address. I live 2 miles away. I spent a good hour trying to order from this business, that clearly doesn’t even value their customers.

We got the cheese, sausage, and bacon pizzas. Man, the crust was great, had some garlic herb taste to it (but not too too much), and the pizza was not that dense/heavy (a good thing IMO) Will visit again.

This place is trash. They always screw up your order. I ordered stuffed cheesy bread without the jalapeño and still got jalapeño. I also ordered an original hand tossed pizza, got thin crust. Called in, the guy said he put my name in a book and just to call in again when I order again and they would remake the order. I called in, and they gave me a hard time. This customer service is terrible and that’s putting it lightly. I’d rather drive to Brentwood or just go to Pizza Hut instead of dealing with this dump. I’ll also be calling corporate.
