I’ll
try
and
make
this
as
brief
as
possible;
I
made
this
is
account
solely
to
provide
a
review
on
SHFM.
2
locations,
3
different
doctors,
and
6-7
medicine
mixups
later…
I
have
only
been
going
here
for
a
little
over
a
year.
“Yahh
you
need
your
medication,
so
does
everybody
else.”
I
have
to
call
every
time
I
need
a
refill,
because
they
either
don’t
send
it
or
send
it
to
the
wrong
location.
I
don’t
have
a
car,
so
when
I
have
to
Uber
to
the
pharmacy
just
to
find
out
my
doctor
hasn’t
sent
over
the
script
yet.
I
call
at
9:30
AM
and
leave
to
get
my
medication
at
2
or
3
PM.
I
try
to
allow
time
for
them
to
get
their
work
done.
Incompetent.
Time
and
time
again.
12
fills
a
year,
6-7
mess
ups…
that
is
a
50-40%
success
rate…
for
filling
up
medication.
No
not
even
filling,
just
sending
over
to
a
pharmacy
so
they
can
do
their
work.
I’ve
never
stood
up
for
myself
against
healthcare
industry
and
it’s
workers.
I
did
today
and
got
dropped
from
their
services.
I
called
in
Monday
at
9:30
AM
to
refill,
was
told
I
needed
to
have
a
visit
and
to
reconfirm
where
to
send
my
meds
(sounds
good).
I
then
left
to
get
my
script
at
2PM,
the
pharmacy
did
not
get
anything.
I
called
and
was
wondering
why
for
the
6-7th
time
my
meds
were
not
called
in.
I
was
ticked
off
from
this
and
other
meds
ups
from
that
day
and
gave
them
a
tone
that
I
never
give
to
anybody
(I
was
fed
up).
I
was
belittled
and
told
repeatedly
“whenever
you’re
done
talking,
I’ll
explain”.
I
chose
to
say
some
harsh
words,
which
I
apologized
for
and
spoke
with
the
nursing
manager
to
clarify
my
concerns
and
like
I
said
apologize.
I
was
then
told
that
there
is
a
nation
wide
shortage
and
that
I
would
need
to
call
around
to
pharmacies
to
see
for
availability
of
those
meds.
I
called
all
day
Tuesday
(since
Monday
was
an
all
day
event).
It
took
about
5-8
pharmacies
until
I
found
one.
I
then
called
to
SHFM
to
confirm
and
I
was
told
they
would
call
me
back
later
in
the
day
to
reconfirm…
I
never
received
a
call.
So
today…
3
days
later…
“hi
thanks
for
calling
me
back
yesterday,
I
called
the
pharmacy
they
still
haven’t
received
anything
from
SHFM”…
no
apologies,
no
concern
for
my
mental
health
or
general
well-being.
The
D-list
(Do
Not
Use)
staff:
Jennifer
(reception):
will
talk
over
you
and
does
not
care.
Michael
(nursing
manager):
condescending
with
no
tact.
Dr.
Chatha:
let’s
throw
stuff
at
the
wall
and
see
what
sticks.
Book
smart,
sure,
bed
side
manner
(tact),
unsure.
I
hope
that
this
review
is
seen
not
only
by
potential
patients,
but
by
SHFM.
It’s
a
shame
that
people
have
to
go
through
experiences
like
this.
I’m
a
young
adult,
who
fears
for
a
world
of
incompetency
and
lack
of
empathy
especially
in
the
healthcare
industry.
My
mom
used
to
work
with
Dr.
McGonigal
and
speaks
highly
of
him.
I’m
a
person
who
gives
everyone
a
fair
shot..
To
SHFM,
This
is
healthcare,
not
a
business.
I
am
a
patient,
not
a
customer.
We
are
people,
not
guinea
pigs.
I
am
glad
you
dropped
me
as
a
patient.
It
was
going
to
be
done
one
way
or
another,
but
I
hope
this
sheds
light
on
what
can
be
improved.
I
sincerely
apologize
if
I
caused
any
issues.
I
hope
that
you
make
the
adjustments
needed
to
give
your
current
and
future
patients
a
better
experience.
