Absolutely the worst ever. I knew this place had really gone downhill but tonight I received a gyro supreme. It was put in the oven and toasted?? Like a hoagie and it is completely charred and burnt. I can’t even pick it up because the pita is completely burned dried and falling into pieces. There is no sauce on the gyro either and about 3 pieces of burnt up gyro meat. The pierogies ordered are not fried at all. Just in a pool of oil. Completely disgusting and total waste of money. Update: Do Not use DoorDash to order from them. They deliver on their own so DoorDash will not help if there are issues with your order. I’m so sick of places like this ripping people off I’ll be dealing with my credit card company instead.

absolute garbage food!! if i could give negative stars i would!! the ravioli was like dog food and the garlic bread was burned and stale. The pizza was disgusting it had a brown crust under the sauce! I owned a pizza shop and if i served this kind of food, i would be ashamed. When we called the shop to complain, the person answering the phone did not really care and when i asked to speak to the owner i was told he never comes around. Whoever owns this shop of garbage should maybe consider coming around more often to oversee what is being served at your establishment. In conclusion, save your time and money and go to domino's and then pick up a can of chef boyardee and you will be happier!

Used to be great. Last 2 times we've ordered the website is not updated with the true prices. We keep being told the owner is working on fixing the pricing but that has been for over 2 months. We ordered a large black olive and mushroom, the pizza was labeled a black olive and mushroom. Yet we opened the box and it was pepperoni and mushrooms. They gyro sauce was watered down. We didn't waste time calling because we had already fought on the phone with them about the pricing difference for 5 minutes at the beginning of this all. If it improves someone let know, or if they atleast update pricing on the website.

This place was very good and the employees were very friendly! The pizza is a bit on the thicker side (not quite Chicago style though) and is full of flavor. The deals are very good as well. They forgot to add my Italian hoagie to the order but honestly I didn't realize it until I got home and didn't feel like calling them about it since we all had plenty of food without it and I didn't feel like driving back. They probably would've had no problem fixing the issue though. The zucchini sticks, boneless wings, and gyros we had were also top notch and tasted very fresh -- give this place a try!

Really nice place to get food. I've had sever things off the menu. The pizza quality depends on who is preparing it but over all really good. I ordered the crab cake appetizer today and I was so pleased. Definitely a small jewel that won't let you down.

One of my favorite pizza places in the city, really like their pizza, and whenever I had an issue with an order, there were quick to find a solution for it. I order from here very often, and will continue to do so.

Tried to use one of their coupons that I received in the mail "Choose Two". Person on the telephone said they did not offer that coupon. Read the coupon to her on the telephone. Why would I make the coupon up???Horrible customer service. Will never try to order from here again.

Very good food of very good quality, friendly staff, overall had a very good experience. Cheese sticks weren't as stretchy as had hoped, but that was most likely due to having walked with the food instead of taking a car.

Simply amazed by The Beast! I’ve honestly never seen a pizza this size. Excellent taste, great dough! We will definitely be checking out more menu items soon!

Ive ordered take out several times. The triple pepperoni pizza is really good! I recommend it. I had a cheese steak hoagie that was ok. Not sure I'd get that again. I would go back again.

Not bad, basically any other food franchise. Better than dominos, Pizza Hut all the rest. Kind of a high price for the quality of food. Great customer service tho everyone in that place is so nice.

This place used to be great in the late 90s early 2000's Now they moved everything changed including the taste of the food Service is not even that good I was overcharged for a salad and I'm not sure why because the lettuce was brown I most likely will not go back

We purchased 3 gyros. The pita bread and gyro meat were 95% burned! Like charcoal! Awful!!! All 3 gyros ended up in the garbage! 100% inedible! Absolute garbage! I think a person would choke on this dry burned pita bread and gyro meat if they attempted to eat it! What a sad waste of food! The tzaziki sauce was liquid, by the way! Makes me think it may be spoiled! I threw it away, too! No one in their right minds would serve this food at bottom of the basement quality! The person who answered the phone said we could get another meal in the future to replace it. We told them "no thanks". It is not worth our family getting sick!

In town to clear out dad's home. Family loves this place. Me, not so much. They advertise one thing on their website but when you get it something will be different. I ordered chicken tenders and they arrived with ranch sauce but they advertise honey Dijon. A few days ago ordered sweet BBQ boneless wings and got the hottest, spiciest Buffalo Ranch boneless wings. My mouth was on fire for hours. Not again. I'll go hungry first. We only ordered here cause lots of places are closed on Mondays around here. Also, it took over an hour to deliver.

Absolutely Horrible! I used to live in the area and ordered from there all the time & was in the neighborhood so I thought I’d treat my husband. Wow has it gone down hill. Picked up order and it smelled like burnt fryer oil inside the store. Should’ve turned around and left. Gyro salad had no pita & very little meat. Didn’t even eat one bite after I tasted the tzatziki sauce. Husband’s steak salad was awful, too. Very sad because they used to have amazing food.

Stopped here to get a hoagie the other day, the owner was working my bread was stale, and he has the nerve to try and tell me he knows better about licensing as a contractor, when he’s totally wrong. Way I see it if he was any good of a contractor he would be busy doing that and not working in a dead pizza shop that probably barely pays the bills. The arrogance of people .

I worked there not long ago and I can tell you choose somewhere else! They shouldn't even be allowed open they smoke cigs near the food, cook rotten food and serve it to you , not only that but there pizzas suck!

What a total MESS. Needs a new system. Pizzas being ordered, nothing being completed. I walked in with 0 pizzas in the oven and they asked me what I ordered. The team member did not know how to make it and had to pull up the website. Even then, it is still made incorrectly. The pizza was drenched in hot sauce and should have had a drizzle of ranch. While waiting, the store was so cold that I had to go to the car to wait. ***edit*** the owner reached out to me to rectify the situation.

Food is amazing!! The past couple of times they have been under staffed and waiting for food can take a while but it's so worth it as there food is by far the best and will continue to order from them.

I tried this place 2 times. Both times my order was incorrect and the girl answering the phone might need a bit more training. 1st time I didn’t say anything just chalked it up as a new place. 2nd time I said something and I didn’t even get a apology. Food is mediocre at best. Disappointed and not worth it considering the competition in the area.

Not the place i remember from 10 years ago. The hoagies that we ordered tasted a little bland and stale. The veggies on it were not the freshest. The staff that was working there had hair down to their back and did have hair nets. I have long hair myself but i don’t like the thought of hair in my food. Hopefully better luck next time we order.
