To whom it may concern; My husband and I checked in on April 5, 2023 around 10pm. upon leaving for a road trip at 3:30am, I went to the front desk and very politely asked the gentleman behind the counter for additional body lotion and a facial bar of soap. Not only did he not have any; he was extremely rude and hostile towards me. He was so incredibly rude that I was almost frightened by his demeanor. Normally, I do not take any time to sit down and compose a complaint such as this one. However, I thought someone should be aware of this individual and speak to him about his behaviour. I believe he doesn't belong there as the face for Best Western Hotels. Sincerely, Guests in Room 117.

Night auditor was very pleasant and helpful as was the woman working in the dining area in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located on and off the highway. The room was not that great floor was sticky, shower clogged and TV didn't work. We were only there for the night and arrived at 11pm so these things were not a big deal in that moment. But we definitely would want them fixed if we stayed in the future. Breakfast was pretty good, eggs were rubbery but overall was decent.

We stayed her for a hockey tournament. Rooms were very outdated. The cold and hot for the bathroom sink were backwards. The weekend staff behind the desk were very rude. They were incompetent in regards to room charges. Maria was very nice and helpful! When I asked for clean towels the guy behind the desk told me there are none. Maria kindly went back to what I imagine was the laundry room and brought me three towels. That’s all I asked for for our three night stay. Hallways weren’t vacuumed all weekend. Had the same stuff on the carpet the whole time. They turned off everyone’s room keys before 10:30 making check out challenging because you couldn’t leave your room unattended while making trips to the car. Checkout wasn’t even until 11:00. Never again. Worst place we ever stayed.

Over 20 mins waiting in the lobby for someone to come to front desk to check in. If room hadn't already been paid for we would have went elsewhere. The staff (male) was in the lobby women's restroom throughout that time. Was very flustered trying to check us in. Upside, 2 queen bed rooms are great size.

Great place. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was great upon check in and when I had a question. Conviently located off the highway for travelers. Definitely recommend and will be back if in the area again.

Jan the Manger is great helped us in every way ...great place clean good breakfast..only problem I had was with the guy in the morning ..he was rude. It was 623am and he wouldn't let me get orange juice ...the breakfast bar opens at 630am Never have any problems when he's not there , watch out for the green haired guy. Other than him awesome experience..would definitely stay again..

Sad and drab interior and room. Floor in entry way of room was sticky upon arrival. I would be scared to see what the room looked like with a black light. Shower head not built for anyone over 5’9. Multiple strange notices (hums, screechs) in hallway and room. Hotel Downgraded my room and the manager Ravi refused to refund me the difference ( less than 40 dollars ). Sleeping in your car is a better option.

I can say more about this place. I cannot say more about this place. If you're moving between point a and point b this hotel needs to be an option. It's just kind of normal I can't describe a can't put my finger on it I can't worry about it it just is a great place in a perfect spot to stop between North and South New England.

As I’ve said in other reviews, first impressions are very important. This one was not good. No friendly greeting. Not much conversation at all. For the second time no clock in the room. No fruit in the smallest breakfast area I have ever seen. Why don’t all Best Western motels have restaurant recommendations. We were at one out West that had a copy of menus from nearby restaurants. We got one suggestion across the street. When we asked about a diner nearby we were told, “It’s a diner!”. Turns out the diner had Greek items and a full bar.

Breakfast was minimal. Old fresh fruit, not edible. Very little variety of anything. Plates snd utensils were few and when asked for more, the front desk was busy eating. When asked for receipt, front desk told it would be emailed. Never received and called again to ask for copy. Never received. Called next day and was told he didn't have time.

I had a long term stay there. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast offered has a large selection. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

I came here, specified I wanted 1 bed. I paid the money almost 700 dollars just to find out that they mostly have 2 beds!! If you want 1 bed you'll have to be next to the elevator and the noise of the vending machine. I used half of my available money and the refund comes tomorrow. If that's all the money I had I would've been sleeping uncomfortable or on the street. DONT RECOMMEND!!!!!'
