    With a large fry costing over $2.00 it would be nice to get a large fry especially when you paid for 4 of them. There is no customer service anymore you gave up on customer service when covid hit.

    Doors were locked before 10:30 (even tho sign says 11). Burger made sloppy and wrong. Fries were cold and hard. Terrible service had to wait 5 minutes at the first window cause no one was there and the window was wide open. Worst McDonald's in the area. I can go to Mount Orab for better service and food.

    I will personally never eat McDonald's again. Other places have kids meals for my kids and can get it right at least most of the time. The last 5 times I've been to McDonald's they have been rude and got the order wrong. Today my son's happy meal was missing his fries and my chicken sandwich looked like this. McDonald's used to be great, now it's full of very ruse, careless, and disrespectful people who want to get ride with you for bring in your wrong order cause you paid for it and want it corrected like you're the problem. I'm not the kind of person to get mad and make a big deal about things just give me what I paid for. But these people should get away with being unprofessional, rolling their eyes, dirty looks ect when they messed up.. no on corrects them.. where's the management? Do they not see this? It's disturbing.

    This place is trash takes way to long for good that we'll is just trash I don't eat here but my kids and wife do and they love there food but I tell you the truth if j go through the drive through is like 30mins and chances are good your getting the wrong order or they messed your order up always check your bag before you leave and get your receipt

    I live in bethel. And I tell my self I’ll never go here again. And I make it for like a month and forget how terrible this place is. I don’t really leave reviews even if a place sucks. But this place has effed me sooooooo many times. Never again. Not speaking for all stores. But this one is wretched.

    Got here at lunch rush. Ordered from the touch screens inside. Food was ready in approximately five minutes. The food was hot and fresh. The sweet tea was great as well.

    Very rude and lazy! Went through the drive-through today I ordered two ice cream cones got up to the first window and it literally took Lady two minutes to give my change back to me went to the second window, the girl with the pink hair hands over one ice cream and says here you go goes to try to shut the window in my face and I politely said oh wait, I had two and she says I know I was going to get it shuts the window and walks off and shakes her head. The ice cream cones was melting as she was handing them to me, and didn’t give me no napkins. Definitely not going back again the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

    Stop here and got breakfast. We ordered from the touch screen . We was waiting for our food and drinks while it was sitting up on there counter. Finally got the food and it was cold. Also when messing with the food 1 of the employee kept scratching and then touching the food.

    That manager Barbie is very rude are food was messed up and she didn't even apologize I waited at the front counter for at least 5 minutes watching her sit on her phone. This isn't the first time are food has been messed up and we've had to deal with her sheseems to always have her nose in that phone not doing a thing to help her crew!
