Gel manicure was rushed. It took him 35 minutes… Corners of my nails are sharp and not filed smooth. No cuticle cutting and I was told at the end that we “ran out of time”. I’ve gone here for years and never had this issue but lately it seems like they’re trying to rush and fit in as many people as possible and the quality of the work has gone way downhill. It’s disappointing.

I want to start with the tech did a decent job. He was nice and my nails look good. However, I walked in and asked the price for SNS dipping powder. I was told $40. After I was finished, I went to check out. The new receptionist said it was $50. I paid, walked out. It didn’t sit right, I went back in. The manager/owner was at the desk. I asked him the price, he said $45. The receptionist said I had the wrong price because it was a different salon online, I was at a “different “ salon , well my gps brought me here, from the website that clearly said $40. Bottom line, I never got my refund, they kept my money. Life lessons, karma is on them. Save yourself, go somewhere else.

Sunny is amazing and always does such a wonderful job on my nails! Last time I got acrylics I think he did an acrylic full set and they turned out beautifully. This time I just needed an acrylic refill with gel polish and they are perfect. He was nice about it whenever I wanted something a little adjusted like the shape of them or length. The pricing is reasonable here as well! I recommend LA Salon and Sunny!

Love this place!! Doesn't smell like nail polish inside which is hard to find and the atmosphere is so nice. I got a pedicure and it was the BEST PEDICURE EVER. They do a paraffin wax and they let you choose the smell of the lotion. I loved being pampered for the reasonable price. WILL BE COMING BACK 10/10

So disappointed in my nails. I should have read the reviews before coming. My nails are so jagged and my cuticles not even touched. It doesn’t even look like I just got them done. No lotion nothing. And for the price you pay it’s insane. I don’t know how they will stay in business if this is the service they provide. I wish I would have looked at my nails before getting in my car but unfortunately I had to rush and pick up my kids because this took forever.

Posting for my wife since she doesn't have an account. She went to LA Salon & Spa on Saturday to get a relaxing mani/pedi because it has been a very hard week. While the tech was buffing out her nails she began experiencing pain but thought maybe he's just being thorough. She doesn't like to complain. Apparently he wasn't being careful and was buffing her skin raw on all of her toes with the abrasive material. Then when he put on the other chemicals/alcohol on her now raw/open wounds she was in so much pain she almost went through the roof. She skipped the mani, paid and rushed out and came home crying in pain. She went there to relax, not pay to be tortured and put in agony. These photos were taken a few days later, after it had healed somewhat (browner areas), but you can still see the skin is damaged and still red in some places. This should not happen during a pedicure! She had looked forward to trying LA after reading the reviews, but it was a very bad experience.

They take their time, they do not rush. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly atmosphere. I have experienced both Henry and Sunny and very gentle.

Great salon! I have been going to LA Salon & Spa for more than 15 years. I have been with the same hair stylist during all this time. Great nail services too!

I have been going here for years and am never disappointed. Julie is a miracle worker! Not super happy with the jump in prices though!!

Helen is the best Nail Tech! I follow her wherever she goes. Her care and professionalism is what keeps me coming! Also, my nails, toes, and eyes always look great. Thanks for taking care of me Helen. They are lucky to have you.

I went in for a gel removal and asked for a soak off. Clearly, the technician wasn’t interested in that since I wasn’t getting any additional services. They proceeded to Dremel off the polish, and I should’ve stopped that. My nails are now paper thin, and a couple of them are actually painful. The length I had gained peeled off within half an hour of leaving the place and and now my nails are below the fingertip line. And I had to pay for this! I will never go back.

Celebrating several years of having my nails done perfectly by Jon and Amy! I look forward to visiting the salon every 2-3 weeks. I'm always impressed with the attention to detail and artistic skill provided by their entire staff!

I love coming here to get my hair done! I go to Julie is she is amazing and very talented at hair ! Everyone is friendly and it’s a nice, clean atmosphere.
