Very
poor
service.
An
order
that
should
have
taken
20
minutes
somehow
became
1.5
hours.
When
speaking
with
a
woman
on
the
phone,
she
offered
no
help
nor
apology.
After
an
additional
ten
minutes
I
had
to
call
back
and
ask
for
her
to
call
the
driver
so
I
could
know
if
I
could
finish
a
second
movie
before
the
food
arrives.
She
was
clearly
exhausted
and
disgruntled.
Sorry,
lady,
this
is
the
service
industry
for
a
reason.
Been
there.
Ya
still
have
to
do
the
job
well.
At
least
try.
I’m
not
sure
why
she
felt
the
right
to
be
upset
at
me,
but
that
was
clearly
the
tone.
I
had
to
call
several
times
just
to
reach
anyone.
But
there
is
also
no
voicemail
set-up.
That’s
not
a
good
owner.
Pretty
basic
stuff
if
you
care
about
customer
service.
Anyway,
after
finally
receiving
the
order
1
hour
and
44
minutes
after
ordering,
I
got
a
tepid
soda,
sad
and
broken
cookie,
and
this
sad
pizza.
OH..
and
I
ordered
pepperoni…
so
they
can’t
even
be
bothered
to
get
a
simple
order
correctly.
I’d
like
a
response,
please.
