Great service. Well knowledged as to what's on the menu and recommended items. Food was fresh and tasty. Well cooked and great servings too. The chicken schnitzel was probably the best I've ever eaten, cooked to perfection and just amazing. Nice cheesy garlic roll too. Vegetarian options were visibly cooked separately and actually thought of rather than side items. 👌👌. Great spur. Definitely the place to stop at Bergivew.

Good Spur to stop at. There is a playground for kids to play and the staff are very friendly . Chicken Snitzel stack was amazing.

This is hands down the best Spur I have been to in ages! Staff are super friendly, the kiddies section is new and wonderful, and the service was quick. And a delicious meal to top it off 🎉 Thank you for making it so easy to stop and grab a bite with 2 little ones in tow. You guys will definitely be my stop of choice on our way to our next holiday.

Excellent service, the waitress was so friendly to the kids and didn't mind at all the huge mess my almost 1 year old made. Food was great. Loved the fact that the parking is so close to the entry especially with the rain and wind with the kids.

The place is doing the things lol. It is a nice place and welcoming. I loved the the breakfast that I had and the stuff/waiter that was serving me. It is refreshing and the view is super.

Melvin was great! The food was great! The service was great! I walked in with my 5 month old, HANGRY! Melvin came to our rescue, got me what I needed - Boiled water, a bowl and the BIGGEST COFFEE available and the most amazing food! Spurs need more guys like Melvin! It’s Busy Season and he was an absolute sport! Thank you Spur Rocky Mountain! Definitely recommended

Stopped by on father's day, returning to Durban from Montecasino. The service for a busy day and full house was exceptionally excellent. The food was delicious and our waiter never missed a beat. I highly recommend stopping there when travelling along the N3.

Awesome place. Only problem i have is the kids outside play area has a really low fence. With todays human trafficking i cant feel comfy letting my children play outside

I visited this spur on the way to KZN. Food was standard Spur and thus I rated it three but there's no faulting it compared to other Spurs. The day we visited there was a long wait at the Wimpy and it seemed people overlooked the Spur. This Spur has a clean and tidy bathroom as well. Waiter was solid and attentive on my single visit. Great play area in the back too.

The food was very good. Siyabonga our waiter was outstanding and on top of his game. (good service is something you don't experience very often )

The T-bone was not really tasty... To be honest my kids appreciated the other menus (wings...) Conclusion: usefull to eat quickly à piece of meet but no more 😉

Possibly the best spur to eat at. Fresh food. Friendly service and a great experience for a halfway stop over a long journey. The Texan chicken burger is something of a good suggestion.

Perfect stop - amazing quality breakfast, warm inside and super friendly! Stopped both on our trip there and back and both times had a restful, delicious break.

Absolutely atrocious and slow service. The order for 6 people came 4 deliveries over a period of 12 minutes. The tomato sauce did not arrive we had to ask a separate waiter to bring. To top it off the one meal was incorrect and tea pots poured tea all over the table and into the saucer. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

Good service from staff. Can be slow at times. Clean rest rooms. Food prepared well. Good play area for kids. Fresh mountain air. Lots of parking. As always exercise caution and safety.

A little disappointed by the service - we opted to eat here as it was variety for our table - I waiter seem overwhelmed but I wasn’t certain as to why because it was extremely busy but our waiter seemed to be busy with 12 tables whilst there were so many other staff members who just stood around… I really may have a misconception of how these things should work but surely everyone should be helping out …. Quite disappointed- I suppose that was our last visit there

Friendly and professional service. Forgot my Spur card at home and the waitress had no problem to identify me through my cell nr and made me aware that I also had 2 vouchers. Super all round worth visiting. Thanks to the entire Spur team. The waitress was Lucy Tsabalala
