I was really excited about having a McDonald's here. This place is near our house but I would be hardly coming here. Even tho the only saving grace is their ice cream machine WORKS, for now at least. I know this is still new but already the service sucks. I have had the worse service getting breakfast. I would rather go to waffle House to get my order right.

I’ve never once bought food here and had it be fresh or warm. They make u wait 30 min for food at drive through just to hand u a bag with cold food and no sauces. Today I got my usual 10 piece and fries but realized the fries were stale and cold, just adding to the usual experience I have.

The chicken sandwich was just thrown together and the mayo was a glob in the middle. This is the second time I've gotten my food from them this way. We asked for a knife and catsup and the girl thought I said never mind for some reason.so it took my nephew going up there to get it for me . Other then that the inside was really nice. The outside could've been picked up a little. But other then that the food was hot and tasty.

The employees are always super friendly, the food is always fresh… I come here too often, honestly. Like multiple times a week. I live right up the road and ride my bike there regularly. Unfortunately they don’t allow people inside this location after 10pm, and they won’t take orders from bikes in the drive through for safety reasons. Not sure how my bike is more dangerous than a large motor vehicle, but fair enough. Late night runs will unfortunately have to be at Pizza Hut or gas stations!

I come 50 miles for this McDonald's food is always hot and fresh and best service top notch. I work in Pensacola but live in Alabama and this is by far the best establishment I've ever been too. The night crew is the best!

The bathroom sink water is burning hot and there weren't any paper towels. The food was okay, but the decoration feels out of place and cluttered. What even are these for???

Not too bad. Dinning room was nice and newer. Bathrooms were DISGUSTING. Even light cleaning is not taking place daily, let alone deep cleaning probably never. Service was pretty good. There is no do it yourself drink station and they guard the ketchup. Prices seem a little higher too.

Waited in drive thru for around 15 minutes at the third window and had to call the store to see what was taking so long for my double quarter pounder burger since no one was notifying me. The manager said they put cheese on my order which I requested not too so they are remaking it. Then another 5 or so minutes went by and I called them again then someone came up to the third drive up window and gave me my food finally. I’ll never know why the manager had to lie to me…

I live less than 2 miles away. Since this establishment has been open I have never had a correct order. I am always missing items, food is cool, coffee is cool, extremely long wait times. There is no consistency. Today is my last time visiting this location . I’d rather drive to the McDonald’s on pine forest rd where the service is consistent.
