Located
just
a
stones
throw
from
Pueblo
(30
minutes
toward
the
mountains
in
a
town
called
Beulah)
this
park
is
an
absolute
Gem.
There
are
about
8
miles
of
distinctive
trails
to
be
found
here,
as
well
as
some
facilities
like
the
Horseshoe
lodge,
camping
lots,
the
ball
park,
pond,
and
archery
field.
Most
of
which
was
built
between
1919-1937
by
early
agreements
with
the
city
and
eventually
the
New
Deal's
CCC.
So
when
you
are
driving
in
or
walking
around
and
you
see
cobblestone
walls
or
some
of
the
old
buildings
know
you
are
almost
looking
100
years
into
the
past.
Dog
friendly,
kid
and
toddler
friendly,
food
friendly
(mind
the
burn
bans)
They
have
tables
and
trash
cans,
bathrooms
are
a
little
breezy...
