I'm so happy I went with Dr. Hadeed to do my top surgery. I could not recommend him more for getting double incision. The whole experience was great. Super nice dude, great bedside manner. I never felt uncomfortable at all even while my breast were still attached. His is staff is very helpful ad easy to get in touch with, I don't think it ever took more than 12 hours at most to get a response back. The results look amazing! they are exactly if not better than expected. It's seriously worth the money to go to him. My surgery was more expensive than most of my friends were but it was 10000% worth doing it here

Dr. Hadeed is amazing. He didn't treat me like a basic patient he treated me like a friend. I felt very comfortable around him and he made me feel respected. I had top surgery (double incision) with Dr. Hadeed in January, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Through recovery, he's been very quick to respond to any concerns I had throughout the healing process, which has been so reassuring. His team are also incredibly welcoming! As a trans man, it's difficult to find surgeons who do gender-affirming surgeries and treat their patients well, even after the procedure is finished, but I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. Overall, very happy!

I had 360 liposuction, body contouring, and breast augmentation performed by Dr. Hadeed on October 25th, 2023. I came across his name and website when searching for cosmetic surgeons in LA who have extensive experience with transgender patients. (I had previously attended consultations with other surgeons who had limited experience working with the community). After speaking with the kind, lovely, and brilliant patient coordinator, Hunter, I set a date for a consult. Minutes into the consultation, I knew I wanted Dr. Hadeed to be my surgeon. He asked me to introduce myself and listened thoughtfully, was sympathetic when I explained my problems areas, and collaborated with me to build a plan for surgery. The warmth and kindness he demonstrated immediately put me at ease, but what followed cemented my decision. He asked me to disrobe and began taking several measurements of my chest features. He then assessed my existing fat placement and skeletal structure. Neither of the surgeons for previous body consultations had done this; only my facial surgeon, who also gave me a fantastic result, had done so before. Plastic surgery is art, creating something more beautiful out of raw ingredients. Even then, precision guides an artist’s hand, and poor results can unfortunately come about if an artist is too careless. Paying money and being botched is always my fear, but a lot of that fear went away when the measuring tape came out. When Dr. Hadeed finished, he explained the range of realistic results I could expect, and I decided to move forward. Front desk staff, anaesthesiologist, and nurses checked in with me leading up to my surgery. Morning off, Dr. Hadeed checked in on me before I walked into the OR, and sent me forth with his characteristic smile. All of this is standard operating procedure, but again the bedside manner was notable. For me, liposuction recovery was rough. Deep aches and pain, lymph fluid buildup all around the torso, super limited mobility and constant discomfort. Everything is typical for recovery, but it feels so dire when it’s you. Had it not been for the recovery packet and pre-op visit that had prepared me so well, Dr Hadeed calling me personally the day after surgery to check in, and Hunter being seemingly available at all hours to answer questions, I would have felt in a low place from the discomfort. I got through it, made it to day three when I could shower and get a look at the results. There are no words to explain the huge surge of euphoria I felt when the bandages and support garment came off. That’s something I wasn’t prepared for. I stood in front of the mirror seeing myself the way I had always hoped to. I felt the impossible was made possible and wanted to cry, laugh, and burst all at once. So many happy tears. I can’t guarantee that every result Dr. Hadeed has made or will make will be as ideal and beautiful as what I was left with, but to know that he’s capable of this shows me he is one of the best plastic surgeons in Los Angeles. Regardless of whether you’re cis or trans, coming for cosmetic or reconstructive surgery, I would suggest Dr. Hadeed as a first choice. The whole experience from consultation to post op has been so positive. Dr. Hadeed and staff are so down to earth and respectful, I felt comfortable and like I could be myself from day 1. The procedure was throughly explained to me and was provided guidelines on what to expect through out this whole process. I felt confident and prepared for surgery. I am still healing, but the results are amazing, I can't recommend Dr. Hadeed's expertise and office enough.

Not only was Hunter the BEST, but Dr. Hadeed was so pleasant and affirming. He's easy to talk to and they were both available every time I messaged or called. I will return in the future!

I’m so so happy with Dr. Hadeed's work. He came highly recommended by a friend and it’s absolutely clear why - the results of my top surgery are great and he and Hunter were both very welcoming and kind throughout the entire process (being non-binary *and* this being my first-ever major medical procedure, I really had no idea what to expect on any axis and my whole experience was great). I’ve felt so much happier, more relaxed and confident since my surgery, and it went incredibly smoothly - throughout my evaluations Hunter and Dr. Hadeed were both very communicative, helpful, and efficient, and when it came time for my surgery Dr. Hadeed and the entire medical team were so friendly, communicative, and walked through the what and why of absolutely everything so it didn’t really wind up being stressful at all. I’ve been healing up super quickly, barely had any pain following the surgery, no dog ears (!!), and my scars are healing really wel - I did a ton of research beforehand to know what to expect, but by my second week post-surgery I felt like what all my research had made me expect it would take 1-2 months to get to! I also just have to shout out Hunter for being such a sweet and kind assistant - she was super helpful across the board, but especially in navigating my weird insurance and breaking down how everything would go with the out-of-network coverage. And she's been so helpful in follow-up questions after my surgery, too! All things told, I can’t recommend Dr. Hadeed and his team enough - they were very kind and professional, made a major procedure about as unscary as it could possibly be, and the results have been lifechanging in the best way.

I am a trans woman of color, and finding medical providers who have the knowledge, training, and expertise necessary to provide gender-affirming care can-- and has been-- a daunting process. There are many providers out there who claim to have the knowledge, training, and demeanor to fully address the needs of their transgender patients. Having carefully vetted several, however, not all claims allayed my concerns. For example, several surgeons claiming to have the knowledge and experience to address their trans patients needs use outdated and inflammatory terminology when discussing the trans experience. Others refuse to work with insurance companies, or they lack a full appreciation for the multi-disciplinary approach transgender medicine requires. But my concerns regarding identifying a skilled, thoughtful, and experienced provider were completely eliminated after I met Doctor Hadeed. Doctor Hadeed is a caring and thoughtful provider. He's a strong advocate for his transgender patients, and he and his staff work tirelessly to ensure patience receive their medically necessary care.
