The scheduling an appointment was a nightmare. I asked to have my MRI at a specific location and I was scheduled at a completely different location. It was fortunate that I called the day before to confirm my appointment and then they told me I was to go to a certain address which was not the one I was thinking I was going to. So I asked to cancel that appointment and reschedule with the one that I wanted to go to and they said that they couldn’t do both MRIs in the same day I’d have to come back in two different trips. So this has happened to me once before and I am very unhappy with the schedulers. However once I got to the location of my choice the people couldn’t have been nicer the receptionist on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills is amazing, caring and very accommodating. The technician is knowledgeable and patient and makes the whole process very easy. I think they do an excellent job but I can’t say that for your schedulers. So for this reason I am giving Simon med two stars and I suggest that you get your act together and schedule people appropriately.

I was treated very professional ly and kind. The procedure was explained to me every step of the way, the office staff were very friendly and helpful the technician went over and above in service and professionism! I highly recommend this seating MRI place!

Follow up / Add on information for the initial review below. It just keeps getting worse. The report from their radiologist noted: "Examination is overall limited by low signal-to-noise obtained on an open low Tesla magnet." English translation seems to be that their equipment sucks so the ability to get meaningful results from the test are limited. Thanks SimonMed! Horrible experience from start to finish. Worst part was that I was there for 3 1/2 hours for a 30 minute procedure. Had a 3pm appointment. At 3:20 I was told they were running an hour behind. They finally took me back after 5pm. So more than two hours in the waiting room with no explanations or apologies. Even before that, their technology is terrible. Filled in a bunch of information online just to make the appointment and then had to fill in a bunch of the exact same information after the appointment was made. Then they sent text and email ahead of the appointment that I needed to “check in”…which turned out to be the exact same forms I had already filled out. These people wasted so much of my time. Find another place!!!

The staff was extremely nice and competent. The X-Ray tech made me as comfortable as possible, he even put on one of my favorite movies whilst I was getting the MRI, also the sweet heart in the front her name starts with the letter L, she was also very kind and supportive. She gave me her name but I forgot it. Sorry this was at the one on Wiltshire in Beverly Hills

This is one of the best places I've been for people who need an MRI with accommodations. The staff is very nice, starting from the customer services to the people who provide you the service on the day of your appointment. They will try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. About the procedure, this is way faster than other facilities which will make this easier to handle once you are there. I had a hard time before the MRI procedure was finished, but I guess it was because of staying in the same position for a while, however, they were still professional. Thank you for the service, I’d like this to be more accessible for all types of medical plans.

This Image facility is awful. The employees rush you in the door and take all day trying to get suitable images. The images are low quality and very deplorable. An MRI is suppose to take 30 minutes or less and at this facility it can take up to an hour from the bad quality of pictures they produce with the low density of the machines. Billing is awful as well. You can never find your billing records they are to unorganized and incompetent to keep up with records after the exam. Call several places for billing no one has seen the record but they billed my insurance. You people that gave a good review must have went to another location because this location on Wilshire in Beverly Hills is ridiculous with very rude technicians who need to find another job that they like.

Sam, Keyri, and Dinora are angels on earth. I get claustrophobic and was so scared but they calmed my nerves and actually made it fun. I’ve put off an MRI for way too long bc of anxiety and claustrophobia. It was the easiest thing I’ve ever done. I wasn’t anxious at all. Give these ladies a raise! All medical appointments should be this easy.

I cannot give this establishment enough praise. I needed to get a MRI same day, and not only did the scheduler get me in that day, the professionalism of the staff there was impeccable. Eric, the gentleman giving me the MRI was so understanding and gentle. He walked me through everything as the MRI was going, and even was concerned enough to check on my boyfriend who was waiting with me because he had just undergone a major medical procedure 2 days before. Also, I needed the images for my Dr right away, and even though it can take a couple days to do so, they were able to provide me with images to take in and said they will get results to my doctor asap! The staff from start to finish were a Godsend. I cannot recommend any other place to go now for these services!

Well starting from the receptionist when you first come in she was excellent and very professional and the person that did my MRI she was great also that's my second time there it's been a pleasant each time and I'll definitely will continue to come excellent customer service all the way around great job

Dinora, at the front desk, and Kegri, technician, hooked me up! Even though we had issues with the doctor’s orders, they were able to resolve the issue speedily, ensure I was comfortable through an uncomfortable procedure, and even wrote me a doctor’s note for my employer. They went above and beyond. Excellent service and patient care. Would recommend!

In spite of road work, street closures and traffic, directions from the staff were excellent The associates were kind, patient and professional. They gave Excellent information regarding scan process. When time was delayed, they notified me immediately. A comfortable experience!!

Did an MRI today around 5pm everything was smooth at first especially with front desk lady was very polite and felt welcomed. Until older guy who did MRI scanning felt him very rude and strict since the very beginning. At one point felt like telling him I wanted to reschedule and just visit another place. I was just patient and got it done. Wouldn’t ever come back here again.

As someone who has really bad claustrophobia and failed at using the standard machine twice, this was by far the best decision to use the standing/sitting MRI! If you are looking for an alternative from the standard, this is by far the way to go! The staff at the Wiltshire Beverly Hills Office was amazing and kept me calm every step of the way! They didn’t rush me and and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The front office was friendly and efficient! The technicians were kind and empathetic! They really put your mind at ease! For the machine mechanics, It is a tight fit sitting in the chair, but it was a small inconvenience compared to the alternatives! You at least feel safe because everything else is open and you can see the technicians to whole time. The machine was loud of couple of times, but it just felt like a white noise machine and even put you to sleep! Added bonus was that they had movies to watch during the procedure to “distract” you! 10/10 would recommend!! If I need to do this again, I’m definitely coming back! Worth the drive!

If you’re claustrophobic and need an MRI, this is the only place to go to. Staff is very polite and very easy to work with. Place is very clean. And people know what they’re doing.

They were awesome. Getting there was difficult with many roads closed off and parking was terrible. That said the staff was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable.

Simon meds is the place to go I am so claustrophobic I can't get in any of the other machines you would think that they would have these vertical machines other places like around the San Diego county area at least one. The best part is the staff they were so professional and so kind they made the experience that much better. like I said from the front desk to the technician doing the MRI who took the time to make sure I was comfortable and ready. he waited and he explained everything to me. I wish I could remember names . now the lady at the front desk when I came in she was just a complete pleasure. Thank you Simon meds I'll be back.

The MRI technician was very personable and professional. His great sense of humor, really helps you relax. The receptionist was so nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The whole experience of the upright MRI plays out differently in your head before going into it. Definitely is a smaller space than I was anticipating but the tech was super nurturing and made the experience a breeze. I would highly recommend.

The staff was excellent. Katie made me very comfortable and explained everything. Also, the front office lady was very nice. I'm thankful for the open MRI. I couldn't do the tube one at all in the Torrance location. Thank you for this machine.

The front desk clerk was extremely helpful with going the extra mile by making sure my doctor's referral was in order in order and all my paperwork was completed as well. The technician was awesome. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and that all of my needs were met due to my injury so that the MRI could be done successfully. Thank you ladies! And thank you Simon Med.

I really appreciated the good nature and professionalism of the front desk. Both of those ladies were fantastic. The person who actually performed it upright MRI on me, I did not catch his name. But again his professionalism was outstanding and I really appreciated his demeanor and willingness to answer my questions.

I’ve had 3 MRI’s done in the past 2 weeks at Simon Med in Beverly Hills and the staff there were all amazing. Being that I am very Claustrophobic and my doctor has been searching the entire Los Angeles county for an open MRI that would provide comfort due to my back pain. I’ve tried other MRI facilities that were open but having to lay down during the process was a huge issue for me because of my back pain. With Simon Med, I loved that fact that their MRI is completely open with a stand/sit down feature making the process very easy. They even go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable . They have a screen TV facing you so you can Watch a movie during your procedure. What a great way to distract you and take your mind off the fact that you are actually in the moment of doing an MRI. I highly recommend Simon Med . 5 stars are not enough , they deserve 10 +.

Best MRI experience I have ever had. No tube - just an open facing front cavity with a seat. People were friendly and helpful. I'll never go back to the claustrophobic, completely enclosed tube again. Large screen TV was wasted since I couldn't see it without my glasses, which I couldn't have on.

It was a great calming experience. The ladies at the front desk was very reassuring about the MRI procedure. With all pf my fears....I scared myself. Eric , the MRI Technician was nice as well . I was given Ear plugs to drown out the sounds of the test, I was made very comfortable during the procedure and was able to watch TV the whole time. I had the BEST experience at SimonMed. I was scheduled for an MRI of my lower back, I’m sure you’re probably thinking how can this be the best experience. I was scheduled at 730am once I got there, completed my paperwork and was called in right away…literally No Wait, I was greeted by Keyri Gonzalez (Katie) she was AMAZING!!! I was afraid of getting in the MRI machine which is why I was scheduled to have an OPEN MRI to begin with. She was very nice, patient, calming and professional she made me feel comfortable with having the exam done, she continued to reassure me that everything would be ok, Although it was only a 15min scan she checked on me every step of the way until the end! Great customer service and patient care! If I could give 100 stars for her service I would Thank you Katie!

After experiencing anxiety and claustrophobia to the level where open MIR didn’t even work - this place made all the difference. ❤️ The MIR technician showed endless patience, compassion and broke it down step by step. Made me feel so safe and cared for. At the end I was so relaxed and comfortable that I stated to nod off in the machine. What a difference! I truly recommend SimonMed Imaging in Beverly Hills! This place is amazing. They make the mri fast and easy. I was scared to do the regular MRI so they sent me to this location. To do the stand up MRI. Carlos explained everything to me step by step. And he also talk to me from time to time to make sure I was okay. He even put a movie to keep me distracted which helped so much. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who can't do a regular MRI. The lady in the front was super nice to.

The technician was informative, accommodating (provided a fan for cooling), and was very friendly. He had a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable during the 2-hr process. He also offered me earplugs and put in a long movie with captions to pass the time for me. Forrest Gump was quite fitting. I appreciated when he spoke to me via an intercom to either tell me I was doing a great job or to tell me what the next step was. The stand-up open MRI machine solved my claustrophobia. I am so glad that they work with my insurance carrier. The front-desk attendant was also helpful and very friendly too. I would highly recommend SimonMed Imaging.

Extreme clean and the front girl, she was keep sanitizing that it is really important during this difficult time. She was very nice. The technician for MRI, she was sooooo sweet, caring, positive and she had an amazing energy and great vibes. I have MRI phobia and I had an amazing experience with them. ❤️ Thank you Guys! My only suggestion, if you can get better channel or more movie variety, that is not necessary but it is a big help. Just a suggestion 🥰
