Roxbury park is a great park in the community to bring your children to play at the playground. It has two kid playgrounds. One for toddlers and one for children 7 and up located in the same area. This park also has tennis courts, basketball courts, a beautiful yellow rose garden and a baseball field. The community center has vendor machine to get snacks as well. Enjoy

Wonderful park with amazing amenities including two beach volleyball courts, multiple lit tennis courts, a lawn bowling field, a baseball field, all separated from a giant kid’s playground by a huge lawn, allowing the noise from the kids to be lessened for the sports players. Great thought was put into this park, it shows!!!! New favorite place!!!

Gorgeous park with a community center in the middle. There are backed all, tennis, baseball, and many more amenities with parking being right on the side with parking meters that cost $3 for 4 hours. I highly recommend!

I enjoy a walk in this park today, there was a lots of shade from trees along the walk way. This is impressive as most park has little shade along their walk way! There's lots of activities going on, like the young kids in the play ground and young men on the basketball court! I enjoyed my visit!

It’s a great park and super clean however they are so strict on their rules. Dogs must always be on a leash, which is fine, however the leash can’t be longer than six feet and you must be holding the leash in your hand. If you hook the leash on a pole or tree so you can relax and play with ur pup they will come over and be sure to tell you to stop. As nice as the park is you always feel like you are doing something wrong so it is hard to relax and just enjoy it.

Too many rules! You aren’t even allowed to bring your own chairs into the park. They have a great playground area for kids but if you want to come with friends or have a picnic the rules make it pretty difficult. You have to stay in designated spaces for that, and they aren’t as pretty as the rest of the park. And the park police are there to enforce the rules so you really do have to follow them. Fine for some but I prefer a less strict atmosphere!

We came to this park on the recommendation of my husbands coworker. It’s awesome. There is plenty of metered parking right near the playground and it’s on tiny street/alley type of road so it’s really quiet and the playground is far from any large busy street. Most of the playground has a rubber floor but the excavators in the sand pit are my kid’s favorite. Lots of beautiful open grassy space, and decent public bathrooms.

Greatest park in Los Angeles! Clean and safe. And friendly park rangers who will always take the time to say hi. Don't be shy. They like learning people's names. They understand what a community is all about. Safe for children of all ages. No dog park but dog friendly.

A true gem in park lore. There is something to do for all types of people and it caters to all age groups. I love that you can read in peace in one area and play with loud but cute dogs in another local. I'm impressed and highly recommend it!

Spacious, family oriented park with swings, slides and other attractions for small children. Shady benches for the parents and grandparents to sit and visit while the little ones play. Lots of grass for picnic blankets. Great spot for kiddie birthday parties. There are picnic tables, but you need to reserve those. Best for children under 10.

Nice place to enjoy some nice quiet shade, play some tennis, pickle ball, volleyball or just walk along the paths. Dog friendly and there is a large play area for kids.

  • 4/5 Manish D. 1 year ago on Google
Why does pickle ball have to be everywhere? Especially in a facility with only 4 tennis courts!!! Other than that, each court is private so no worries about ball rolling to other courts and vice versa. They resurfaced the courts, and during bright days, the glare from sun facing side is really disturbing at times. But it’s one of the better courts to play on in the area.

A wonderful place to come and enjoy a few hours. We came for a soccer game and enjoyed the playground as well. Bring quarters for the meters. The card readers were not operational when we were there.

Green and inviting. Sandbox for the little ones with moveable dirt construction toys. Loads of swings and climbing areas for older kids. Place for the little ones to run jump and get happy. Parking on street or lot. Fields for ballplayers. Basketball and tennis available. Highly recommended!

Large downtown Beverly Hills park. Dog & kid friendly with activities and recreational areas as well as people posted up on picnics or lounging near to the fountain and wildlife. Worth checking out if your in the local vicinity.

  • 5/5 Golsa S. 1 year ago on Google
This is one of the best parks in the area. It has areas to eat, basketball courts, tennis courts, and a playground. The environment is clean and relaxing and is a great spot for studying or taking your kids as well. The only cons I can think of are that there are homeless people sometimes but obviously that is an occurrence at most public parks. Another negative would be that the area is busy since it is near a main street but the noise is not very prevalent.
