Great experience at the CCF. Tried the orange chicken, lemon ricotta pancakes and chicken and waffles... It was way too much food, but I didn't mind taking the chicken and waffles to go. The service was extremely friendly -our server was very helpful in ordering (and warning us about the volume of food). The cold brew coffee wasn't bitter, which isn't common given I drink it black. Parking in the nearby free garage is a bonus.

First time at this location. We sat outside along the window front. Our waiter was very nice. Unfortunately the food was not great. Our bread was hard and dry, like it had been re heated. My favourite dish is the Chicken Madeira. I've had it at 4 different locations. My daughter ordered kids chicken tenders and fries. Her meal was good. My mashed potato was cold, the chicken was very flat and dry with very little sauce. The chicken portion was very small. Our server didn't come back for ages to check if we were happy with the meal. When he returned I told him about the mashed potato and showed him the chicken. He did agree the chicken was very thin and apologized. He said that is the new way of prepping the chicken. He offered to replace but said it would take at least 20 mins. We had already waited over 30 mins for our meals and we wanted to get over to the Griffith Observatory so I said we couldn't wait. He did however offer to get me some hot mashed potato. It took 15 mins to come. When he brought the bill he took off the chicken Madeira as it was so bad. During our meal a homeless man and later a homeless woman on two occasions stopped and were bothering customers. The manager had to come out and ask one to leave. Inside seating would probably be better.

We got in and got an amazing waitress named Christian, such a nice guy and very professional!! About the place, the food and the prices I highly recommend, the dishes are big but sooo good! 😜

Always a nice experience to try a cheesecake factory. Their burgers are nice and surely value for money. Drink options are also nice. Expect wait time on busy days or weekends but service is comparatively quick. The food is fresh and the staff is educated and nice. Parking is available on the streets and for a fee depending on where you park. No phone booking available. Service - 4/5 Food and quality - 4/5 Value for money - 5/5 Ambiance - 3.5/5

As all cheescake factory restaurants, this one delivers. The waitress was very patient with us as we took our time. Food was delicious, portions are enormous (you can just take home whatever you can't finish) and the ambience was nice! The cheesecake, of course, was the highlight of the meal and they had a lot of options!

The bacon bacon cheesburger is the best burger I ever tried, and trust me I tried many all around the world! The place was nice even the AC it was a bit too high, we were freezing. The waiter was super nice, he gave us a list of places to visit in town!

We didn’t know this was the original location which was a fun surprise! The food & service were amazing!! The manager even came over to check on us & chat a couple times which was so nice & personal.

I went there for a quick sit down break during my day! I was also craving something sweet so it looked like the perfect place. Service was great! I had some tap water and spent some time looking for what could be the best cheesecake they make.. from a quick Google Search I decided to go for the ‘Lemon raspberry cream cheesecake’. Absolutely delicious! Light and refreshing!!! It was all I needed!

I've been coming to this restaurant weekly for 30 years and always get the spicy cashew chicken. It was delicious. My family members would order the same dish. Now it's been taken off the menu! There is no reason to return at this point. Hopefully they will come to their senses and bring it back. Definitely will lose business otherwise. That is the only reason I would return after so many years of going.

We had a very good brunch here! Only the time for delivery has been too long but I don’t know if is the standard or not.

The food is amazing! The service was next level from everyone we encountered! The only let down for me was the mocha I ordered, it wasn't the best, but I am very picky with my coffee so I'm a hard customer! We had the waffles and fried chicken and the Tuscan chicken. It was sooo delicious and massive amounts of food I couldn't finish it! 100% recommend this place

It took approximately 25 minutes after being seated before we were offered water and bread. We were given one square of butter for three loaves of bread. My drink order was wrong and the service just wasn't timely. You hate waiting to pay the check after a long time sitting waiting for your order. I just drank the drink, it was good. A honey bourbon. Yet, I had ordered bourbon on the rocks. I still tipped, but huge markdowns and this was the cheesecake factory in Beverly Hills! The food was great though. I wouldn't go to this Cheesecake Factory, choose another location, it seemed like we were forgotten about much of the time and it was my wife's birthday and they didn't even sing or bring her a cake or anything! Bummer!!!!

Lemon meringue cheesecake was delicious!! All cheesecakes look gorgeous and definitely taste amazing! The visit has been inspired by The Big Bang Theory :P

The food is so bad! We could not eat more than a few bites from each portion. The fried shrimp and the original cheesecake are super heavy. The shrimp are drowned in oil. Our waiter was super nice and tried to recommend stuff but this place was not for us.

Chicken soup is perfect. Cesar salad is also good. We dont like chicken crispy it was very hard and not tasty. Big plates normal prices.

I am not normally rate the restaurants, but this time it’s a special cause of one bartender name is Danielle make a amazing drink for me. She was so kind,smiling and cheerful. Also Tiffany who our server was amazing. Thank you so much.

I think it is better to make a reservation here than to walk in as I saw a number of walk-in customers put on waiting list on a Saturday dinner. I like how. the waiter under promised and over delivered when I ordered my food. He told us it would take about 45 mins for the food to arrive but it took probably 15-20mins? Pleasantly surprised. If this is your first Cheesecake Factory experience, I'd recommend you to just try their starters. 2-3 starters should be enough for 2 persons to share. Even though the portion are big, should leave enough room for a cheesecake for dessert.

Love tge Cheesecake Factory. Visiting LA for a few days and wanted some comfort food. Loved every bite including their delicious Cheesecake. So delicious! Another great meal in Beverly Hills.

First time in a Cheesecake Factory. Ate lunch here. Big portions, very nice meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Price is fine for the portion you get. Big choice of Cheesecakes

Food was good but the size of the medallion steak was a bit too small from what I remember . About $65 USD without drinks for 3. The place needs a bit cleaning .A bit run down compared to CCF in Orlando , Las Vegas and Toronto.

This place is amazing! We didnt expect the food to be this good when they have such a huge menu. They have everything from breakfast, brunch, lunch, skinny dishes, main dishes and sooo many cheesecakes to choose from! Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff is very nice.
