Stay out of this facility. Service is terrible. And, this morning I purchased an egg McMuffin that had MOLD on the English muffin. This is the last straw for me. Furthermore, when she pulled the coffee cup to fill it, she stuck her fingers INTO the cup. Really??!! What happened to quality standards? Proper training? ServSafe? Non existent in this facility. Go here at your peril.

Honestly I'm not a huge fan of McD's anyway but this location is a travesty. 2 stars instead of 1 since the facility is clean, but yikes. I've been a couple times lately due to children's requests and laziness and the food is soo disappointing (except one visit the nuggets were amazing). Soggy unseasoned fries, incorrect orders that the staff can't or won't fix, stale buns. No thank you.

I received the wrong order. The fries were half full. Soda was flat. McDonalds is a garbage pit. Shame on the franchisee who owns this dump. Get a clue and get that place functioning. Has this placed burned you too? Best way to get back at them... never give them your hard earned money again. They obviously don't care about their customers. Also, both phone numbers listed on my receipt are NO LONGER IN SERVICE. McDonalds corporate cares even less. Enjoy the inevitable ecomic collapse and quarterly losses you thieves. Never again. Never.

I come here when they open before going to work sometimes and nobody answers the microphone and door is locked and I drive by and there’s workers in there….. there just not doing there job apparently definitely will take that extra 10 minute drive to another McDonald’s

Food is always cold/old tasting. Every other McDonald's I've been to is better quality than this location. **edit*** - went again today after a couple months to see if anything has changed..food was somehow even worse. Fries tasted like they were under my passenger seat for a year.

Have gone here multiple times and things have always been wrong. It also takes about 20 minutes to get your food even if you ordered ahead and walk in and still have to verbally tell them what's on the order even though it's right in front of them. I watched one of the people wash their hands in the water function on the fountain. Then the manager did it... Needless to say after I had my food I did not feel well that night. Also not surprised...

First time ordering on the Mcdonald's app, wasn't told that it was canceled, until my brother went in to pick up the order for me. He spoke to the manager who, had attitude for no reason (for a $35 order), refused to make the order, AND refused to provide her name (said she had no business card and no name). I reported on the app and got refunded. I get it, a franchise...but, if your franchise offers app orders why all the attitude? No management accountability or explanation. Just attitude?

Service is always rude. Most of the time I have to repeat my order to make sure they got it right and they always claim they don’t have certain menu items. I only visit out of convenience, but it’s never worth it.

Seems like the inside dining patrons are less important than drive-thru. It was ridiculous how neglected several people went inside to have a horrible experience.

Ordered a 2 sandwich value meal they only gave me one sandwich When I went back they told me I made a mistake and that it came with one sandwich only? Then I was told we don't have any more of "those" so I said you don't have any more sandwiches? I will never go there again I used to go there 3x a week

Its almost if getting simple orders wrong was part of their job description. I know, I shouldn’t expect much out of a fast food place, but give me a break.

Extremely rude at the drive thru including the manager on December 2, 2023 around 4-6pm. I understand that they dont get paid very high but it does not give them the right to be rude and role their eyes just because your asked a question. Learn english if you are going to provide a service. The manager was even worse!!!!!!!! Im not sure who the higher up is but you really need to talk to your employees ASAP !!
