Pretty bummed about this place. Arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment, no one was around so I had a seat. 10,15, 20, 25 minutes pass by and she comes walking out. Asked if I was here early for an appointment. I said no my appointment was at 430. Apologized and said we run behind sometimes. Checked her client out, sent that clients receipt to me instead of the client. Then proceeded to tell me it would be longer but she would be right back. Unfortunately I don’t get a lot of “me” time so if I made the effort to be there for a service that’s not medically necessary, I expect to be seen close to the appointment time. Ended up leaving without being seen.

Rusha is the best of the best! She has the state of the art equipment, she is both a very professional and friendly woman! She takes the time to talk with her clients and makes everyone feel very comfortable during their appointments. Her office is always immaculate and sanitary. I would recommend her highly to whoever would like great results and an amazing of all skin care experience.
