    My favorite chain restaurant that even my kids enjoy. The line always looks intimidating but no matter how daunting it seems, I've personally never waited longer than 15 minutes. They did discontinue my favourite burger. (grrrr), but i found a new 'go to' right away. They are like the Costco of restaurants, in that, the merchandise can and often does change on a whim. "Better get it now, might not be around next week." That's the second time my favorite dish head been replaced. Luckily, the menu is blessed with many tasty replacements.

    I was here 4 years ago and the food was terrible. I thought maybe they had new people in the kitchen or new management, I dont know what I thought. Anyway, the servers are nice people. The food is absolutely terrible!! I got the crispy chicken salad. The chicken quite literally looked like it had been pulled out of the garbage. It is severely over cooked, dry and tastes awful. There were brown pieces of lettuce and wilting pieces of lettuce. My husband got some burger. The patty was extremely over cooked and dry and also tasted terribly and paired with fake bacon! Carls Jr. makes better burgers! Lesson learned, I will Never be back!! Albany Red Robin wins, hands down!

    Most of the time have a good experience with Red Robin. This time not so much. Staff didn't seem to care about anyone, more just about getting outta there cause it was the end of their shift. It very much seems like tonight the staff cannot run a restaurant properly, and I'd bet my next paycheck that you would have a better experience at the DMV than this place. Update: Have now been waiting 1 full hour since arriving at the restaurant and still have not received an update on my food.

    Our server Julie was amazing, drinks were served unusually fast, and food was served quickly. Bonsai burger was done well and fresh pineapple too. Campfire sauce is bomb!

    Been waiting 52 minutes to get acknowledged by literally anyone after sat at my table. They gave me 4. F o u r French fries and have ignored me since. Their tablet thing doesn't work either. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Used to be my favorite restaurant too.

    Food was good,, service still hit and miss each time we go. I had the new brisket burger and it was a 4 out of 5, I thought the bbq sauce was to sweet and should of been bolder since everything else on the burger was sweet. I also would have choose different cheese, maybe a peperjack.

    We got there around 4:30, right before rush hour for my birthday. The waitress was super nice at first and brought our table fries right away, that's pretty much the only time we saw her. Had to flag her down so many times and asked for gluten free fries which she never brought till we were about to leave. They didn't bring me my birthday sundae even though she did that for the table next to us and I even told her we were there celebrating my birthday. We go there often but this time was not a good one. Took awhile to get food or additional fries. The hostess ended up helping us more towards the end and she was super nice.

    Staff was amazing. We took our four year old and he was greeted by all the staff and they were really great with him. We went at a perfect time (3:45 on a Tuesday). Our drinks from the bar came fast. Our appetizers just as fast! Everything was fresh and hot!! Fries could have been a bigger portion but they tasted great!

    As you walk in the subtle lighting makes you feel warm and welcome. The host was quick and very courteous to seat us. Got us our drinks within less than 5 minutes. After 5 minutes our server came and took our order her name was Sabrina Staver. Sweet kind and quick. It was my birthday we got my birthday burger my birthday Sunday and my husband also ordered a burger came with endless fries the burger was cooked to perfection juicy hot and tasty. The french fries I had never tasted such perfect potato perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant. Our time that we showed up was around 6:00 p.m. wasn't too busy. I felt that we were taking care of quite quickly and our needs were met with excellent customer service.

    Waiting over 5 mins no one was in online pickup area. Everyone than came in tried ringing the bell but still no one came to help. I felt that food was just sitting in the kitchen and he only brought one order at a time and kept saying "i gotta bag em up" then wouldn't come back for a long time. My pickup was at 4:11. Arrived at 4:09. Didn't get my food till 4:32pm. One lady checked to make sure her burgers didn't have have cheese or tomato and yet they all did. All he said was "oh sorry i didn't make these the guys in kitchen messed up." Then didn't offer to go back and remake them. She stormed out. He wouldn't take people's names down who were picking up. Just saying hell bag whats ready and bring it out Edit: food was lukewarm at best. No hot fries

    The food is good, but I feel like the location is bad. They've grown too large and it's affecting their ability to service their customers. The good thing here is that this hasn't affected the food. The bad thing is it's affecting their customers in two ways: 1) Wait times for food and tables, 2) The will and motivation of staff. The wait times can be long, whether you're there to dine in or ordered online, it takes awhile, and once you order your food, sometimes it takes a bit of extra time to arrive. On a positive note though, the food is great! The staff appear to be trying very hard to stay happy. They seem to be putting on fake smiles as they help customers but appear stressed and overworked. I feel bad for them, so I don't like to come here often. I don't want to be a part of the problem, and as a customer, I am. I hope I'm wrong but it's evident something is wrong with the staff. They don't seem happy.

    This particular Red Robin had us wait for 20 minutes, even though most of the tables were empty and not being used. I would guess it was due to not having enough staff. The food was good, and service was good as well.

    I’ve been waiting here for 2 hours for my food. No communication what so ever. There are people coming and going 3 minutes into their wait time. I get that the service will be slower because of the pandemic but it’s ridiculous to be waiting for 3 burgers while others are getting huge bags filled with their food before us. This is very poor.

    Food was great service was even better. Burning love is my favorite burger . The service is sketchy some time . Most of the time they get our order right. Theirs been times also when they completed screw it up so I guess it depends on who cooks in the back. Servers are friendly. The food is good love the beer.

    My daughter and friends tried to order 8 burgers Saturday night and was told do to the time they could only make 7 burgers. Really, how stupid is that. So you lost all the business and I won't bother to come back to your establishment again either.

    Haven’t been into a Red Robin in almost a year but we decided to go in Saturday night and no one was in the lobby a little before 7. The hostess asked how many were in our group and if we were over 21, handed us menus and told us to go find a table in the bar. It’s usually not a problem sitting in the bar except almost every table was either occupied or dirty only three tables were what we thought “clean” besides the bar top. Once our server finally came over he took our drink order and food order and we had to ask for the table to be wiped . When it came to our food it took over an hour to receive it . Our server was very apologetic for food taking a long time and offered us a free desert, usually we’re pretty understanding since my friend and I work in the food industry as well. I’d come again but probably wouldn’t sit in the bar and Id know to wait for our food a long time .

    First of all, we got in, and they took our name and said it would 5 minutes for the wait. 20 minutes go by, we didn't hear anything as they sit families before us (2 people). When I walked and asked what happened, she said she had been waiting and she had a spot waiting. When we sat down, we had no silverware or napkins offered. The table next to us was gross, and continued to look that way for the majority of our meal. We wanted a shake and the truffle cheese fries and both those were not an option as they didn't have it. We waited at least 40 minutes before we got our meal, and my shroom burgers bottom bun was wet! Not even soggy. Also for soda options they carry THREE coke products and 3 other options for soda. The majority of their drinks are lemonades! Our waitress Emma was nice and did her best for her circumstances. We actually enjoyed her. I normally don't complain when I write my reviews, but this blew my mind.

    Not as pleasant as previous visits. We ordered the latest fondue burger. They're alright, but I wouldn't recommend them. Service was great, though. We were seated pretty quickly, especially for it being around lunch on a busier day. Our server was fairly attentive, though he was surely busy with plenty of tables. We did run into the issue of going through the last half of our meal with empty glasses.

    Our waitress seemed overwhelmed. Like she had too many people to tend to all by herself, and so we couldn't get refills or our bottomless sides like we wanted. She was kind, and the food was good, but they must've been understaffed for how busy it was on a Friday night. And to be honest, I just found out that my family drives all the way down to Albany for better Red Robin service.

    Let's just say it's very hit and miss. Service is good. The environment is too much. The lighting is about 200% too bright. And no, my eyes are not sensitive. It just looks like you're inside a disco ball that uses fluorescent lighting. Burgers are usually good, everything else, well you never really know. Sometimes, they bring you fresh fries that are delicious. Other times it tastes like they gathered all the fries that were left over from every other customers plate, scraped them all together, and tossed them in a microwave. So the question is, are you feeling lucky?

    So came for another visit. Hot to try some new things, The mozzarella sticks come with a twist now... lol, the breading tasted great. I also was recommended to try the cauliflower pizza 🍕. OMG... I am a huge fan of pizza, and I was completely amazed at how great this tasted. I was even able to pick my own toppings. Fresh pineapple (yep, one of those folks) and Canadian Bacon. I am definitely coming back to try other toppings.

    UPDATE: Following my review I was contacted by Red Robin to discuss my review. Michael was very helpful and empathetic. I really appreciated the follow-up. It was not just lip-service. I received a gift card for a future visit and I appreciate their efforts to make it right. Big thumbs up! I look forward to visiting again. I love Red Robin - especially the Banzai burger. I had to get my order to go today. While the burger came as specified, the amount of Mayo on my burger was over the top. Every time I took a bite, Mayo would squeeze up and out my out my lettuce wrap. I couldn’t just scrape it off without the lettuce wrap coming apart completely. My biggest complaint were my steak fries. Instead of the nice, fresh from the fryer fries that come with an in-person order, I ended up with a small heap of the broken and hard dry bits of fries from the bottom of the pan. That shouldn’t happen. If I didn’t live across town, I would have driven back and asked for a refund. The best part of my experience was the young lady who greeted me and handed me my order. Super friendly, polite and personable.

    Was seated at a table, waiter walked by our table at least three times. No drink order nothing, waited for 15 minutes. Not real busy but service very poor! People seated next to us and they had their drinks and waiter was taking their order within 10 minutes of their arrival. So if you’re not dressed super nice, you are profiled and ignored. We left. What is sad? Looking at me you’d assume I was a bad tipper, but if we get good service I tip very well!!! SMH

    It's a chain. I'm not a huge fan of chains. But, they do a great job. To have the best experience, try to go just outside of the normal meal times. Usually before. You'll get fresh and attentive service.. The tecor is odd. They took a pre existing location and tried to make it into a retro fit of a garage or something..it works, but knowing the history of the location it seems to lack authenticity. It does make for a possible outdoor seating during favorable weather, but, I'd prefer to avoid the various smokes that would be around that aren't food related. Great service. Kind and very personable. I'm actually really pleased with the people. Probably why I'd go back. Good people.

    My grandson and I are there last night. We ate in the bar. I had Avacado Cobb salad. It was delicious. My grandson had pepperoni pizza because he wanted left overs. The service was great. Friendly folks. We've eaten there before and we'll eat there again.

    Mixup in orders. Brought four orders for three people. Food was delivered, but no utensils. Yukon chips were mostly leftover crumbs. The second order was fresher and better. This wouldn't have happened at their Eugene location. The ribs and turkey burger were very good.

    This was just...sad? I usually love Red Robin, and I'll eat any slop that is put in front of me, but this looked like it was made two days ago. The bun was soggy and sad, the wrapping was covered in a thick layer of grease, and it looks haphazardly tossed together. I feel a bit scammed, tbh.

    Hadn't been to a Red Robin in a couple of years. This one in Salem was outstanding! Sat at the bar and got top-notch service, and delicious food. The place was packed. Highly recommend.

    Where do I start?! There food is ok. Not good or great. Just ok. They make a lot of mistakes with orders. Food was cold and not what i ordered. The replacement was worse. I will definitely not eat here ever again but will also tell everyone i know not to go there.

    Dinner was absolutely awful tonight! Ordered a whiskey river bbq wrap with pineapple and fries. The chicken in the wrap wasn't warm, the fries were cold and soggy and the wrap was soggy and falling apart from too much of the sauce. This is the second time this has happened. Very disappointed! Won't be returning to this location. Woodburn red Robin is way better

    Usually I love red robin but lately they have been messing up our order constantly and especially with take out and delivery they never seem to get it right!! They forget the simplest of things and I've just been really disappointed with them lately! They are going to be losing a regular customer

    So glad this was our 1st dine in experience since the pandemic started. Best service I have had in so long. Katie and elissa were outstanding and manager Melissa made this a great meal experience all the way around! Woodburn location is our favorite now!

    Server was so rude. All I wanted was sweet tea with lemons and Splenda. She gave me a ice tea with a broken glass. Then when I asked for more lemons she just tossed it in my glass without my Splenda. I had to complain to the manager about her. All it was a simple drink. How hard was that?

    We love this site. The best thing for fries is always polite service, always tasty food and a crack sauce (camp fire sauce). We went above and beyond for steps of social distancing and we could sense the eyes under the masks. Thank you so much for that wonderful food and service. Highly recommended!

    The servers were friendly and the service was average. Didn't get the same burger I ordered but it was almost the same. The food tasted okay. But, it seems the portions sizes have gotten smaller, too. The fries were not as good as they are some other times ... a little hard. But they were hot enough. FYI Limited menu due to current conditions. I debated 3 stars or 4. It's probably a 3.5

    Came in for lunch by myself. Had to wait 45mins for my table, but once I was seated the service was great. My waiter was Zach, and he managed to make sure to be as attentive as he could be. Food was quick out of the kitchen and delicious
