Ordered
two
subs
and
two
bags
of
chips
using
the
app.
When
I
got
there
to
pick
them
up,
I
waited
10
minutes
before
they
noticed
me
and
asked
me
what
order
I
was
waiting
for.
They
said
it
was
currently
being
made.
So,
I
waited
another
10
minutes
and
they
called
my
name,
but
after
I
looked
at
the
receipt
taped
on
the
bag,
it
was
the
wrong
person
-
who
knew
there
could
be
more
than
one
order
for
someone
with
my
first
name.
I
gave
it
right
back
to
them
and
said
that
is
not
my
order.
They
then
deduced
that
they
had
given
my
order
to
another
person
and
will
have
to
remake
mine.
I
then
sat
back
down
and
waited
another
20
minutes.
I
heard
them
say
that
they
had
not
even
started
my
order
and
that
I
have
already
been
sitting
there
for
40
minutes...duh!
After
waiting
another
15
minutes
for
them
to
make
my
order,
I
finally
got
my
food.
I
totally
expected
that
when
they
handed
me
my
order
that
they
would
make
it
good
by
refunding
my
order
or
at
minimum
they
would
give
me
a
gift
card.
All
the
little
dude
said
was,
"Sorry
for
the
wait".
Are
you
flipping
serious???
Piss
poor
service
for
something
as
easy
as
this.
My
order
should
have
went
first
as
soon
as
they
realized
they
messed
up
and
gave
my
order
away.
If
they
want
to
stay
open,
they
should
address
these
issues
properly.
They
should
be
making
it
good
for
their
loyal
customers!
