I've never had anything from a Jersey Mike's before. Heard lots about them but lucky enough to live in an area where local sub shops use fresh breads from local bakeries so I haven't had a need to go to chains like this. But my elderly Italian mother, who is very very hard to please, had a Jersey Mike's Italian in Florida and to my surprise, she really enjoyed it. There are no locations convenient to me but I saw this is right around the corner from someplace where I worked the next day, so it seemed like fate was telling me to try it myself. I downloaded the app and scheduled an order for an Italian. Straightforward, nothing special for my first time. Nice and easy, curbside pickup right after work. A little on the pricey side for the length of it compared to some local places. You'd get several more inches for about $4 less at the grocery store that claims to give you more for your dollar, but those other places don't jam-pack the amount of meats and cheeses this had. And these are quality meats and cheeses, not stuff with the water as the primary ingredient like the meat at that supermarket. And good bread that doesn't get soggy from that watery meat and fall apart in your hands. I can't wait to have to work nearby again so I can get the full-sized sub next time.

First time at a Jersey Mikes (Beverly).Got a cheese steak sub. WAY TOO SALTY. Obviously pre cooked steak because it was ready in 90 seconds. Couldn’t eat it. Also while waiting I got a look at the floor behind the counter and it was littered with lettuce, onions, and food scraps. Not a place I would go back to

Very nice staff - organized and neat. Good sandwiches. Cool concept, but in a strip mall. Parking is easy and plentiful, restaurant space is small...

Excellent freshness, but add way too much salt to their subs, and I love salt. Great service despite being crazy busy.

Ordered a # 9 tonight. No oil or red wine vinegar on the sandwich. Very little mayonnaise. Very little onion and tomato. Very little meat. The sandwich was very dry. On a scale from 1-10 , I’d say 1 . It was a “ Giant” disaster!!!

I love Jersey Mikes but this location is the worst. They are slow as molasses and out of the over a dozen times I have gone they have maybe gotten my order right twice. How hard is it to NOT add peppers to a cheesesteak. Super annoying and I end up getting home and throwing it out. Waste of time and money. This is the last time I will go back to this location.

Italian with Cherry Peppers (Hots) and Jalapeños. Great sandwich, more meat than any other chain. Fresh and made well. The team in this store during lunch consistently rocks! They are always busy but they deliver. I drive out of my way to eat lunch here.

Ordered two subs and two bags of chips using the app. When I got there to pick them up, I waited 10 minutes before they noticed me and asked me what order I was waiting for. They said it was currently being made. So, I waited another 10 minutes and they called my name, but after I looked at the receipt taped on the bag, it was the wrong person - who knew there could be more than one order for someone with my first name. I gave it right back to them and said that is not my order. They then deduced that they had given my order to another person and will have to remake mine. I then sat back down and waited another 20 minutes. I heard them say that they had not even started my order and that I have already been sitting there for 40 minutes...duh! After waiting another 15 minutes for them to make my order, I finally got my food. I totally expected that when they handed me my order that they would make it good by refunding my order or at minimum they would give me a gift card. All the little dude said was, "Sorry for the wait". Are you flipping serious??? Piss poor service for something as easy as this. My order should have went first as soon as they realized they messed up and gave my order away. If they want to stay open, they should address these issues properly. They should be making it good for their loyal customers!

The food was not good. Bread was stale. The chicken was chewy. There was a 1/3 rd chicken to bread ration. I was excited to try it for the first time but extremely disappointed.

Customer service is always good. Food is is better than most chains. The rolls are what I want for a proper sub sandwich. Not the most filling in the steak sub, but it's high quality and flavorful.

I love the food here, it is so fresh! One day while waiting for my food they were working on maybe 10 subs and some guy was complaining about how long it was taking, and the employees handled it so well and were so polite and kind and working so quick and hard. They got his order to him within minutes!

Placed on online order at 5:55, driver was there at 6:15....said they were very busy and food wasn't ready.....waited 30 minutes...left and came back and finally got order at 6:55 and delivered at 7:18. Store phone number was not answered the whole time, and message says they can't get any messages off of voicemail. Terrible service from the store, didn't have the complete order...missing chips. And I still gave the DoorDasher a great tip cause I was happy to finally get something and it didn't seem to be his fault.

I grew up with the original Jersey Mike's. This location did a pretty good job. I was happy with the quality. They forgot to put bacon on the club sub, but that's ok. I'll be back. I even downloaded the app for future.

One of our favorite easy dinners has always been sandwiches, but we stopped ordering the since i had to stop eating gluten. I deeply appreciate that Jersey Mike’s offers gluten free bread - our sandwiches were delicious and we could enjoy our favorite meal again!

The subs are pretty good, but they don't give you what you order and the prices are through the roof. Only one every couple years I'll treat myself to a sub here because their the only place that has gluten free sub rolls

Their subs are really 😋 Would recommend them if you work around Danvers and looking for a quick bite like I did

Went here for the first time today and the staff was super super nice! I ordered 3 giants 1 Turkey and provolone, 1 buffalo chicken and 1 chipotle steak. And all 3 were AMAZING! My fiance and son loved theirs also !The bread was so fresh and packed full! Best sub I've had since I moved to Beverly. Ill definitely be a regular

Huge amounts of meat! That's what we love about Jersey Mike's. Everyone is always satisfied with their stuffed subs, and this location was no exception. The staff were really friendly, although they didn't get our order absolutely correct. But they were well-staffed and ready to assist. The process was rather quick, too. The cheese steak was good, albeit minute steaks (I've experienced the "real thing", but still good). Everything was clean and well-detailed. Seemed almost like a new store! Anyhow, give them a shot if you're in that area!
