Having lived in Beverly for most of my life I can say with zero doubt that Tastys is wildly overpriced and overrated, it’s a place for townie boomers and their kids who’ve never known anything else. Besides all of that there are only 3 parking spots, and the staff always looks like you’re ruining their day by walking in. (super sub down the street has everything tastys has, for at least $5 cheaper and the quality is better.. no really, compare their online menus)

I really liked this place! Until they changed my order on me just now, and charged me extra, without even running it by me first! They have a Pickle sub listed on their Menu... Not sure what that is, but.. I ordered that, with lettuce and other Vegetables, and they Charged me for a Veggie Sub. A 12 Inch Veggie Sub, Which, Mind you, is like 11$.. Now, don't get me wrong, I can definitely understand why they would charge for a Veggie Sub, because, technically, I was cheating the system, by getting a Veggie Sub for under 5$.. But they didn't even run it by me first! They charged me after I had already paid!! I was only purchasing that item because it was cheap! And I'm pretty sure it's illegal to take Money without permission. I'm not sure Restaurants can do that.

As far as I can remember I've been buying their pickled Subs. If you ever get a chance go there. The staff are so friendly that once you leave this place you'll feel so much better. I just got a large pickle sub with mayo and house dressing and my wife got a small steak and cheese with mayo and pickle. I also got two of their chocolate chip cookies! This place is the best bar none!

Have stopped by over the years, great portions and good food , have added new food items.

Ingredients (bread,lunch meat, chicken, condiments) were fresh. Just like you would get straight from a deli. Yes, they were tasty. I'll be back.

Great sandwiches, and as a bonus, every time I order subs from here, my roommate's cat loses his mind. I swear, he gets more excited about my lunch than I am, and I'm the hungry one LOL. I don't know if it's the quality of the meats or what, but these are some cat- and- human approved sandwiches. 10/10 recommend.

Never go a week without going to Tastys! Great sub prices and size. Personal favorite is the Toasted Ham Sandwich and the Buffalo Finger. If you dislike subs that are super packed, I would ask for half of the fingers on the side for the Buffalo Finger.

Tasty Subs is a hidden gem. Great staff and great sandwiches! Have tried a few empanadas also which are always excellent. Literally have not gotten a bad meal here. A+++

Food so tasteless it made my day worse. My toilet bowl has tasted more seasoning than was in the beef "and cheese" empanada. The "buffalo" chicken cheese steak was so bland it probably offended the entirety of New York and Pennsylvania. Even the fries were subpar.

Two words.... "Pickle Sub" This is such a memory from when I was a little kid. Everything is good there tho.

Real good subs, order ahead and it's painless.

Yum they upgraded their empanadas and added peppers and I think onion, so r heres more flavor. Flavor is very important to me. This is a nice little sub shop. They were willing to correct their mistakes without any attitude. Customer service is good.
