I love the Pizza here, they maintain decent quality most of the time. Staff are friendly and attentive. I would have given it 3 star for the above mentioned reasons but the other significant issues mentioned below has made me rate it with 2 star only. The main issue with this place is getting wrong food all the time. I have ordered Vegetarian pizza and at least on three occasions I got meat in my pizza 🍕 which has spoiled the entire day and experience since I am a vegetarian. The recent change in the menu has made it only worse.

A smaller Pizza Hut is in the Neunkirchen Mall. They have the standard menu and a very friendly staff. Recommended.
