The
store
is
becoming
more
and
more
bizarre,
the
nerves
are
blank
(...).
We
ordered
food
for
8:15
p.m.
yesterday,
which
was
confirmed
in
writing.
When
at
9:30
p.m.
-
almost
expected
-
nothing
was
delivered,
3
telephone
calls
remained
unanswered
for
the
purpose
of
inquiring.
Since
the
food
was
paid
for
in
advance
(otherwise
I
would
have
written
it
off
as
before)
I
finally
got
in
the
car
and
drove
to
the
restaurant,
as
this
was
the
only
way
to
communicate
with
the
contractor.
On
site
I
found
a
situation
in
which
another
customer
was
already
talking
to
the
boss
because
a
delivery
did
not
work.
The
customer
was
approached
by
the
boss
that
he
had
ordered
incorrectly
and
that
no
delivery
arrived.
When
they
finally
took
care
of
my
request,
I
was
told
several
times
that
I
had
already
received
the
food
(which
of
course
was
not
the
case)
and
what
I
actually
wanted
(...).
When
I
once
again
underlined
that
I
had
not
yet
received
the
paid
food
and
that
it
should
have
been
delivered
90
minutes
ago
-
as
confirmed
in
writing
-
the
boss
told
me
completely
annoyed
that
a
2h-3h
delivery
delay
was
normal
and
that
I
would
pick
up
my
food
myself
have
to,
if
I
want
it
on
time.
Finally,
I
was
told
I
didn't
have
to
buy
anything
there
and
I
was
shown
the
way
to
the
door
(...).
I
was
indignant
at
this
unprecedented
reaction
from
a
restaurant
owner.
In
the
end,
the
food
actually
arrived
at
home
almost
2
hours
late.
At
least
among
the
delayed
delivery
of
up
to
3
hours
(...),
which
Saray
described
as
normal!
Since
the
extremely
bad
service
has
meanwhile
become
an
established
standard
(unfortunately
almost
every
delivery
is
faulty
and
/
or
too
late)
and
the
boss
is
unfortunately
zero
customer-oriented,
I
will
henceforth
follow
his
advice
and
deliver
my
money
elsewhere.
Instead
of
simply
saying
sorry,
we
screwed
it
up,
it
won't
happen
again,
we
are
continuously
working
to
improve
(if
only
that;
see
the
countless
unsatisfied
comments
in
the
meantime),
from
Saray's
point
of
view,
experience
has
shown
that
the
customer
is
always
the
problem
(.
..).
The
problems
are
obvious:
Anyone
who
has
ever
waited
for
food
at
the
counter
for
a
few
minutes
(occasionally
half
an
hour
despite
ordering
in
advance
...)
(or
was
stuck
on
the
phone
in
the
live
queue)
realizes
that
that
is
there
absolute
chaos
rules
(there
is
no
work
organization;
there
are
no
standards
in
the
work
processes;
and
communication
in
the
team
does
not
work).
The
bad
results
and
apparently
many
dissatisfied
customers
are
ultimately
the
logical
consequence.
Too
bad
about
the
good
food,
but
my
barrel
is
finally
full
in
view
of
yesterday's
anti-customer
experiences.
This
is
not
how
you
deal
with
customers
in
general
and
long-standing
frequent
customers
in
particular!

Der
Laden
wird
immer
skurriler,
die
Nerven
liegen
Blank
(...).
Wir
haben
gestern
Essen
für
20:15
Uhr
bestellt,
was
schriftlich
bestätigt
wurde.
Als
um
21:30
Uhr
-
fast
schon
erwartet
-
noch
nichts
geliefert
wurde
blieben
3
Telefonanrufe
zwecks
Rückfrage
gänzlich
unbeantwortet.
Da
das
Essen
schon
vorab
bezahlt
wurde
(sonst
hätte
ich
es
wie
schon
einmal
abgeschrieben)
habe
ich
mich
letztlich
ins
Auto
gesetzt
und
bin
in
das
Restaurant
gefahren,
da
dies
die
einzige
Möglichkeit
war,
um
mit
dem
Auftragnehmer
zu
kommunizieren.
Vor
Ort
fand
ich
eine
Situation
vor,
in
der
ein
anderer
Kunde
mit
dem
Chef
bereits
ein
Gespräch
führte,
da
eine
Lieferung
nicht
funktioniert
hat.
Der
Kunde
wurde
seitens
Chef
angegangen,
dass
er
falsch
bestellt
hätte
und
bei
Ihm
keine
Lieferung
ankam.
Als
man
sich
schließlich
genervt
meinem
Anliegen
annahm,
wurde
mir
mehrfach
gesagt
ich
hätte
das
Essen
doch
schon
bekommen
(was
natürlich
nicht
der
Fall
war)
und
was
ich
eigentlich
wolle
(...).
Als
ich
abermals
untermauerte,
dass
ich
das
bezahlte
Essen
noch
nicht
erhalten
habe
und
dieses
vor
90
Minuten
hätte
bereits
-
wie
schriftlich
bestätigt
-
geliefert
werden
sollen,
sagte
mir
der
Chef
völlig
genervt,
dass
2h-3h
Lieferverzug
normal
sei
und
ich
mein
Essen
selbst
abholen
muss,
wenn
ich
es
pünktlich
haben
will.
Zu
guter
Letzt
sagte
man
mir
ich
müsse
ja
nichts
dort
kaufen
und
mir
wurde
der
Weg
zur
Tür
gezeigt
(...).
Ich
bin
hieraufhin
angesichts
dieser
noch
nie
erlebten
Reaktion
eines
Restaurant-Eigentümers
empört
gegangen.
Das
Essen
kam
letztlich
tatsächlich
doch
noch
mit
knapp
2h
Verspätung
zu
Hause
an.
Immerhin
unter
den
seitens
Saray
als
normal
dargestellten
bis
zu
3h
Lieferverzug
(...)!
Da
der
extrem
schlechte
Service
inzwischen
leider
etablierter
Standard
ist
(hier
ist
leider
fast
jede
Lieferung
fehlerhaft
und/oder
zu
spät)
und
der
Chef
leider
null
kundenorientiert
ist,
werde
ich
fortan
seinen
Ratschlag
befolgen
und
mein
Geld
woanders
abliefern.
Statt
einfach
Entschuldigung
zu
sagen,
wir
haben
es
verbockt,
es
kommt
nicht
wieder
vor,
wir
arbeiten
kontinuierlich
daran
uns
zu
verbessern
(wäre
es
nur
so;
siehe
die
inzwischen
unzähligen
unzufriedenen
Kommentare)
ist
aus
Saray-Sicht
erfahrungsgemäß
stets
der
Kunde
das
Problem
(...).
Dabei
liegen
die
Probleme
auf
der
Hand:
Wer
jemals
an
der
Theke
ein
paar
Minuten
(gelegentlich
trotz
Vorbestellung
auch
mal
eine
halbe
Stunde
...)
auf
Essen
gewartet
hat
(oder
am
Telefon
in
der
Live-Warteschlange
fest
hing)
erkennt,
dass
dort
das
absolute
Chaos
regiert
(es
gibt
keine
Arbeitsorganisation;
es
existieren
keine
Standards
in
den
Arbeitsprozessen;
und
die
Kommunikation
im
Team
funktioniert
nicht).
Die
schlechten
Ergebnisse
und
augenscheinlich
viele
unzufriedenen
Kunden
sind
letztlich
die
logische
Konsequenz.
Schade
um
das
gute
Essen,
aber
mein
Fass
ist
angesichts
der
gestrigen
kundenfeindlichen
Erlebnisse
endgültig
voll.
So
geht
man
nicht
mit
Kunden
allgemein
und
langjährigen
Vielbestellern
im
Speziellen
um!
