Highly recommended! Rina was very welcoming and considerate - she checked a few times whether the level of pressure was right for me. The massage was a great combination of trying to get deep into the tissue to release tension and using the hot stones for relaxation. I was really impressed with her level of skill, and felt much better after the massage. I will definitely be returning soon.

I got the BEST massage of my life here! I had just come fresh off a 10 hour flight and I had major upper back and shoulder pain, I was cranky, felt terrible, just needed any massage, I didn't care. I was staying across the street at a hotel and saw this was close by and had availability. Now I've received many many many massages in my life as I used to work at a massage parlor (front desk) and I'd always get deep tissue because that's was I needed. When I went here she really got in there, my shoulder pain basically went away and she pretty much saved my whole trip! I had my mom go to this place a couple days later and she also said it was the best massage she's ever gotten! She had someone else, I don't remember their names but THANK YOU you were AMAZING!! I'm so sad I don't live nearby or I'd be going every week.

I am so glad to find Reena Health Spa in Lewisham. I have had shoulder muscles pain on my left side. I had difficulty moving my arm and leg. Reena’s staff, Lin, is amazing. She helped release my pain. She was super kind, understood my pain, and tries her best to make me feel better. I am going to see her again for the second session this weekend. I highly recommend Reena Health Spa for the quality of her services.

I had a great massage with Reena today which was the first one I had with her and it was like being in Thailand again. I had a deep tissue massage which was fused with Thai massage and it was excellent. She put just the right amount of pressure that I needed for my aches and the complementary hot stone treatment was a lovely touch. Reena was very kind and friendly too. I will absolutely be back!

The Deep Tissue massage with Reena was exceptional! I felt I am back to Thailand. Yes it was a bit painful, Rheena is really strong and feels the knots needed for healing.
