It was empty as we went earlier. My chicken was dry and over cooked. I could not even cut it or put my fork into it. Talked to the manager and she was very helpful. She got me a new bit of chicken which was a little under cooked. It had no seasoning on it. It was disappointing as I have not been in such a long time to nandos. I would like to think it was just a bad day when I went. I will not be going back there again. Sorry

I liked the new refit. Felt fresh and clean. Very accommodating to having a baby and allergies. We felt that the allergies were taken seriously by staff which was very appreciated.

Waited for 35 minutes just for a simple chicken burger and Pitta Roll.

The server with the black hair, quiffed with a fringe, rolled her eyes and acted stroppy when we requested to sit at a different table to what was offered to us. Rude and poor customer service skills. Food was standard, nandos is nandos. Except the Portuguese roll was dry and hard.

Monday evening dinner time - absolute disaster. Waited for a simple meal for almost an hour. It seemed as if they had no staff or chef or working equipment or all three. Owners of these businesses will have to rethink their priority and start paying the money staff deserve and sacrifice their profit margin to maintain their reputation.

Food was alright, service took quite a long time considering the restaurant wasn't even that busy, atmostphere was pretty standard, nothing really special I can say about that. Overall nice food and an all right experience. Only downside is that they claim the sauces to be spicy, but when I tried the Extra Extra Hot sauce they was barely any spice at all.

Me and my Family had a great experience on Saturday at nandoes. Food was absolutely banging and my little boys loved it. Mh son a some tiny issue with his burger and the manager rushed another over with a few minutes. Can't thank her enough. We will be back in a few days for more food

During the week when it's not busy they're service is rubbish. Food gets waiting underneath the light. Staff chit chatting, when they can help out if short of staff. One of the staff mum and daughter came in, one of the chefs their gave them a bowl of chips and so on. But isn't giving out the customers food. I get it if its so busy. Its understandable but waiting for a food that you can see and it's been 45mins. By time it comes to you it's cold. I've been here a couple of times and it's the same scenario everytime!

We walked in at 5 30pm on a Saturday night and were seated within 10 minutes. The food and service were great. Will definitely head back there.

As always, Nando's has really good food. The staff were welcoming. We had to wait for 30 mins to be seated, and the order arrived a tad later than the usual. Other than that, it was pretty good.

I'm a regular here and go most weeks, today is the first time I have been dissatisfied with the food, broccoli was under cooked as was the corn on cob, boneless chicken was very dry. Also why dose it take 4 women standing around 1 till while the rest of the staff are working.

We had a family meal here for my sisters birthday. There were 11 of us but were unable to reserve a table, so when we turned up we had to wait for them to move tables around which they were kind enough to do. The food is nice but a very long wait and some of the party had finished their meal before others had come out. Mine failed to turn up completely. The kids menu is OK but I think the portion size could be a little better, as my granddaughter ended up sharing my meal and to be honest at 9 she's not a big eater but it wasn't enough for her. Easy to park in the carpark outside.

Excellent as always. Great treat for the kids on half term. Leigh was super friendly to the kids, asked them about their colouring etc, will be back soon.

Oh dear mayhem..waiting for seats for 2 a couple come in and seated before me, so I bring it to the waitress attention so she put me in a large party booth when there a big party waiting to be seated. ...I point it out and she's unable to manage so we seat here......

Horrific, hottest day of summer and the air con was not on. I asked a member of staff( Laura) if was on or not available. She was rude and also sarcastic. Other staff also lack social awareness or just don’t want to make there customers feel welcome. because of inability to engage when I entered the restaurant.

Walked in, shown to a booth, just pure filth, unhygienic, dirty upholstered seating covered in crumbs and leftover food. When I requested a tissue to clean it the woman who saw us to the table said nothing and grabbed a Jay cloth and sprayed and wiped down the one part I would sit and left the rest of the filth and made no acknowledgement towards me. I observed other empty areas dirty and decided I no longer fancied a Nando’s, walked out. Rude peasants.

Went here for lunch with my daughter. A really relaxing atmosphere and lovely, hot tasty food! A warm welcome and friendly staff! I would definitely return in a heartbeat!

Had a lovely meal, the food and drinks arrived quickly after ordering. Most of the staff couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome, especially Melissa, she is a real asset to the team. Melissa met us at the door and was so bubbly and inviting that I've had to mention her. So great there are healthier alternatives to the menu like the corn on the cob, and the new tenderstem broccoli as sides. Really great meal, and will be returning again soon. Keep up the great work guys x

Went here with my partner for a light brunch, staff were polite and friendly, we was seated right away, food was served quickly and hot, I have take 1 star off due to the men's toilets being unclean and smelling despite just opening, me and my partner were the first customers to arrive but it got busy very quickly with many families and children, pleasant visit and will return again soon. Table service is very lacking with empty plates being left on the table for a very long time despite table staff walking past multiple times it wasn't until a male who I assume was a supervisor walked past and took them.

Essentially it is just chicken and chips, but they do it pretty well. Our table and one of the chairs was wobbly which was annoying and the chicken burger slides around as the bun uses a harder bread. Overall we enjoyed our lunch.

All staff, including the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating. I had issues around using my NHS discount and the manager (didn’t catch her name) sorted out the discount another way. Staff serving and the manager were lovely.

We went on Thursday evening to collect a take away that we had ordered to collect. Something had gone wrong and the order hadn’t gone through. The manager (blonde lady in grey shirt) sprung into action to help us and went above and beyond to assist us. The lady at the till was also fantastic. Both so helpful and kind. Very unexpected to have that level of service at such a busy space. Well done to the team!
