As per experience 1. Collections are not much, please increase. 2. Wastage charges are high, but they're saying they have best designs and quality ( I agree quality is good, but designs not awesome. So better reduce Wastage charges. I know it depends on ornament to ornament) 3. Staff is not that much supportive, less involvement with customers. 4. For old gold, they won't exchange ornaments as it was. But they have to melt ornaments and then accept exchange/buying old gold.( so we will get less amt for melted gold and no outside shops are interested to buy melted gold) 5. If you old ornaments, better to sell/enquiry outside bcz you will get better exchange price outside than here. Please do pricing outside before melting. 6.Melting gold and agian pricing takes 1 to 2 hrs , lot of time waste for customers. Please add more staff to do these. 7. Ambience is good, they're allowing to take pictures and see. That's another good thing. 8. Less collections , higher wastage charges, Staff slow service, lower exchange price to old garments are drawbacks here.

The jewellery shop is located in the busiest area of Bhimavaram. Jewels displayed in the showroom are nice. The shop offers people to pre invest money on gold and after completion of the term period one can purchase the gold, though the process is common in all jewellery shops but the valuation process is good. The service of the employees is good. The billing area, valuation area are same due to this billing for each customer takes more time which can lead to waiting for long durations during peak hours.

Khazana,, number of models, quick response 👌,, but cost compare 😑 little bit high.. no kids zone and no car parking

Customer service is bad when paying bill and we have to stand like a cinema tickets and you r increasing business u must also increase staff as I was a customer I want to join in schemes but service is bad I did not join the scheme

Adamant behaviour of Mr.Gauri Shankar when we went to exchange old gold which was purchased at Khazana. Never going again. When you don't trust your own hallmark shouldn't promise to the customers that we can exchange old gold purchased from khazana at any point of time for full price. Felt cheated and humiliated by the attitude of Mr.Gauri shankar.

If u are looking for more designs with less weight, Khazana is best option.
