One of the best hotel lodge in the Bhimavaram city , food , service rooms all are good except complimentary breakfast it’s little tasteless and not organised

I'm here for a family lunch. Ambiance was good. Staff were polite. Food was below average. We ordered special of the day nellore chicken iguru biryani. It's too salty. Chilly chicken is too bad and i can't even explain how it tasted like. Veg biryani was just okay. They should definitely work on improving food taste.

Unfortunately they are the only one in the Area ..so that's why no option. Buffet breakfast is substandard. It's good for a quick businesss trip. Restaurant at the ground floor named Vindhu is good ,food has real authentic taste.

Breakfast was very nice. Taste very good. Stayed only for a day, morning till evening.

Rooms are spacious with good bathrooms. Room service is also good.Even at midnight also they are attending on our request.

A must stay for all those visiting the city.Nestled inside the premises of a huge mall within walkable distance from the railway station, this hotel offers excellent all round experience to the guests. The rooms are very spacious with all the standard amenities like a mini fridge , tv and closets and a huge wet and dry partitioned bathroom.Utmost importance was given to the staff manners, room service and bathroom hygiene. Peaceful lobbies with a kiosk and a restaurant adds to the vibe of this place. I'm definitely revisiting this place on my next trip and is highly recommended.

Very bad experience for my sons Birthday event they r not allowed us to cut CAKE without candles even. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE dissatisfied with their service...

This is the best hotel with good amenities in Bhimavaram. Located nearest to the Town Railway station. Since it's in the premises of Coastal City Centre one can have access to the shopping mall and 4 Screens with in the same campus.

NOTE: This is about Food not about Rooms. Service in the dining section is absolutely worst. Ordered Mutton Biryani and got served Chicken instead. Later the Manager Compensated us with Mutton Curry meanwhile we had to wait for another 15 minutes with half served dish.

Me and my colleagues/Friends spent 4days in the hotel and we had a lots of fun and joy. We enjoyed the stay there and Food too.

I didn't no about the rooms because i have attended a small function there, it is suitable for small functions like birthdays, get together etc service is very good they used to keep the surroundings very neat and clean. I literally love the birds infront of the hotel my kid loved watching it. There is also a space like waiting hall etc. Totally this place was good with the ambience. Lastly i thank the manager because i have milk which wanted to be heated for my kid i love their hospitality

I recently dined at Hotlines Falcons Nest Hotel, specifically at their Vindhu Restaurant, and I would like to share my experience as a Google Local Guide. Prompt and efficient service is an essential aspect of any dining establishment, and it is crucial for the restaurant to address this issue to ensure a satisfactory dining experience for customers. Additionally, the lack of good reception from the staff was noticeable. A warm and welcoming attitude towards customers goes a long way in creating a positive dining experience. It is important for the staff to be attentive, friendly, and responsive to customer needs. Improving the customer service aspect would greatly contribute to the overall satisfaction of the patrons. Furthermore, there is a clear need to develop a minimum level of respect towards customers. Regardless of the circumstances, treating customers with respect and courtesy should be a priority. It is disheartening to experience a lack of respect from the staff, as it negatively impacts the overall dining experience and leaves a lasting impression. However, it is worth mentioning that the crab fry at Vindhu Restaurant was a standout dish. The flavor and preparation of the crab fry were commendable, and it provided a delightful culinary experience. It is evident that the restaurant has the potential to offer tasty dishes, but other aspects of the dining experience need improvement. In conclusion, Hotlines Falcons Nest Hotel (Vindhu Restaurant) has room for improvement in several areas. Reducing waiting times, improving customer reception and respect, and ensuring consistent quality service are essential steps towards providing a more satisfactory dining experience. I hope the management takes these concerns into consideration and strives to make the necessary changes to enhance the overall quality of the restaurant. This is the best maintained hotel in bheemavaram. This only reason for me giving one star less it its network. Their wifi does not work and even after multiple complaint, the staff is not able to help. Dont have much of an option for breakfast included rooms, but otherwise Food from the menu is of great quality and taste.

Near the railway station. The bus stand is also commutable by auto, it ain't that far. One complaint: The room that i stayed in had a nasty flush system (n times you flush, it still stays filthy).

We have visited Vindhu restaurant inside Falcons Nest. Chicken Biryani taste was good. Ambience is nice. Service PPL can be bit polite.

Rooms are good, staff is supportive but I faced the language issues hardly one or two staff members understand English and in breakfast add atleast one item of North Indian food.

Did not have a great experience as bed sheets and towels were unclean though they changed them . Food was good at the restaurant .. but they charged very high tariff as demand is high

Visited for just lunch only we ordered chilli chicken, maharaja chicken biryani... Chilli chicken is good, biryani taste is not bad and chicken is very hard

This place is good , food taste is ok not so much excellent i think staff are less when compared to other restaurants in bhimavaram waiting time is more in weekends. Better to improve staff behaviour and members i don’t want to upload more pictures also because of ambience is good don’t fall by looking ambience

Overall Ambience was good. Food also equally good barring some items like Soup etc. We visited this restaurant as a group of 16 people and the restaurant denied to join tables and hence we sat in 3 sub groups. Couldn't enjoy the dinner as expected.

Good and hygienic rooms. Reception is good and very friendly. Room service is bad ,should show respect to elderly people. Room service boys should be polite and must assist them properly.

Class rooms with neatly maintained beds..Ambience is too good..The entrance of this hotel is out gate of a multiplex with malls.. It has a vindu restaurant, cafe and a function hall for small functions inside.. Free buffet is available

One of the biggest property to stay and the service and responding of the staff is good. It’s right back side of the mall and very convenient for emergency shopping Propert is well maintained and rooms are clean

Rooms were good but Less Hospitality when you compared with other good hotels. Breakfast is poor. Hotel location is prime in city.

We stayed in this hotel twice and recently for my wife's pg convocation. All I can say that this is the best hotel available in the vicinity, no other hotel is even close to their hospitality...food is delicious too...we will definitely recommend to others

I came along with 3 of my friends to eat at their restaurant. It's worst kind of experience, cause the following day we 3 of us suffered from severe stomach ache, 🤮 & other issues because of that food...very impolite servers...I never thought bhimavaram food was that bad.....such a tragic experience I've ever had in my life..

Hospitality is not good and unprofessional behaviour by Prasad when we reached to restaurant for breakfast, not happy with the Hospitality which has spoiled our day.
