Restaurant staff service very poor, food taste also not good.

We ordered food at 8pm and the food arrived at 10:15 pm. There were many people who came after us ate and went worst service by the restaurant better to go to shiraz.

Never come here, they will make you sit for atleast 2 hours before giving you food

Being a Google local guide. Professional chef. If I go through the standards . I feel very bad in this hotel. BAD IN :- hygiene food serving very slow Service pathetic Cost to much high according to the area or hotel standards. Stuff very lezy. Menu spelling incorrect. Don't have menu knowledge to service guy's. I went there only for resturant. That time I was too much hungry. So I thought to go and have some meal . But after few minutes I thought I waste my time , food , money , And this all is improving thinks request to management to please improve your service .. And I appreciate that u have a nice hotel in the located place .at last thank you so much for understanding me .

Worst Service experience..staff behaviour not good …Long wait ..They should focus on their staff service …

Worst service , This takes too much time to fulfill the order, we have given order on 1 PM and the food served on 2:35 , this is not good for any hotel/ restaurant, lastly we have to packed our food . Request you all to not to go Meghdoot because service is too delay. Not recommended at all

While check-out I forgot my Secondary Mobile phone in the room after reaching my destination I called them for the same but they are denying give me back and the hotel owner told me that Jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo mai High court ka lawyer hu mai dekh lunga im does not worry about the phone but im worry about data. So I would suggest don't use this hotel

Takes 2 hours minimum to prepare food, Very bad experience, poor service, ill mannered staff

Worst food I ever ate in my life....it was literally like months old paneer....we both fell ill....I am thinking to complaint against their restaurant.

Privious experience is ok...but this time employee are so rude and they charge you above on MRP for seal pack items
