The location of this hotel is not very good, there was no proper parking space. The rooms are big but doesn't have proper hot and cold water system in bathroom. There was no door lock in bathroom doors. The passages of the hotel looks shabby it looks like a cave/dark and doesn't go with the authentic/sober rooms. There was no breakfast buffet due to low occupancy and we had to order as per watever was available in breakfast and staff was not very keen in taking multiple orders from 1 guest, it was like choose 1 each from 4 items available. That was totally unacceptable. However we were in group and we had a chance to order different items otherwise we would have got 1 or 2 items only.

We were given one room for 3 people at 4200 (approx) with breakfast. The room was large in terms of space with overhear air conditioner. But the corners were not very clean. The hygienic factor was a question. So when paying a higher price is this a good place to stay is my question. We spotted a cockroach too and asked them about it. No proper hot water facility too. After entering the shower I saw no hot water was coming. Breakfast too wasn't upto standards. The pooris were kept in buffet and fresh ones were not made. The Sambhar was too bad and the variety again was low when I compare the hotel pricing standards. The staff was helpful to manager our luggage. A caution - if you wish to arrive to this hotel with your vehicle, you will have to cross the market area to reach here. So take in some time. In my opinion, the management should best utilize the setup to provide a better customer experience. Give alacarte breakfast but give good Taste and quality.

Randomly I'll stay there for business purpose, everytime getting well. But today after checkout, I'll clear my all dues when we want to leave from the hotel, receptionist are forced for sitting us & release after 15 minutes. Mr receptionist was narrow minded & also too much poor manner person.

Worst hotel to stay ever! Staff is so unprofessional! There was no hot water in this hotel..I went down to complaint to reception that there is no hot water but they were not paying any attention to it.. Horrible service. Don't ever stay at this hotel.This hotel people at reception are extremely rude. Their manager Subhash kumar srivastav doesn't know how to talk to customers and he thinks and when I told him on call that there is no hot water in room he was shouting on call. Worst hotel ever . They also turn off the Lights at night. It's a request don't ever stay at this pathetic hotel.

Courteous and polite staff members, marvelous breakfast, true value for money. Amenities are exceptional- Fruit Basket, Toiletries kit, Pen-Pad, Laundry Bag, Shoe Shiner, Sanitized hand/bath towel, Wi-fi, cozy mattress/pillow, absolutely neat and clean rooms, ample space for parking. I am a regular visitor here and working for a private sector org. I always get delightful experience in staying here. Almost a replica of 7 star hotel..

This is the first hotel I saw in my 10 years of professional career with stays in hotels all over India, where they charge guests for soiled linen/towel/pillow cover! What is the room charge supposed to cover then!!! During checkout, they checked my room and found some stain on the sheet which I was not aware of and asked me to pay 6000!!! for the DAMAGE to the sheet! Do they not wash the sheets after a guest checks out? Do they ask guest to pay for washing the sheets? Does washing a bedsheet or even buying a bedsheet in a small town like bhagalpur cost 6000??? The stain was probably on the other side of bed which I didn't even use and didn't know about. So basically this may be a business making model for this hotel, put unwashed sheets in the room, guests might miss some stain, then charge DAMAGE charges from the guest! Absolutely fraud hotel!

Wow place to stay in bhagalpur good hotel great hospitality. Polite and coperative nature maneger and hotel staff member, rooms are clean spacious and comfortable with locker facility.. Vide range of tasty and delicious food is served through their dedicated kitchen.... Starters north indian taste to south delight..tea coffee and other micktail are ready to serve.... Room service is also available or u can enjoy the food at roof top resturant open also........

It is quite an awesome place. The service and staff are very good and cooperative. The most things which I liked was they really believed in inclusion and have hired many disabled people . The reception areas are quite big, huge and very comfortable. If you want to have a small meeting with 4-5 people or have a small get together or reunion then you can use the reception areas and it maintains your privacy. Most try it if you are looking for some good and affordable staying at Bhaglpur I'm also say all over Bihar this types of hotel not available this is very best

I am a extensive traveler across India as my work requires travelling to different places. This place in Bhagalpur, Bihar is a awesome place to live at a reasonable price. Earlier I was struggling to find a good place to stay, one of my friend suggested Vidya Residency and now I am a big fan of it Everything right from check in, food, staff behavior is simply outstanding.

It is a very well constructed neat and clean hotel .It has all the modern facilities any good hotel can think off. Service is slightly slow but quality of food is good.Breakfast has limited choices but served well.

We Felt cheated, our room was WITH COMPLIMENTS, & after breakfast, we were charged for our breakfast.... purely disgusted we were. The persons on the reception were absolutely ill equipped about the rules & terms of the hotel. I FEEL CHEATED. Room refrigerator was empty. No tea/coffee or hot kettle was provided in our Room, which is provided by any basis hotel. EVEN AFTER LEAVING MY NUMBER & REVIEW, in the reception, nobody cared to call or contact us back.... Poor consumer service...

This is the new hotel opened approximately 10 months but we talk about rooms then rooms are pretty good but for better facilitie hotel staff are still working on it. View of every room is really awesome. One last thing before booking any room kindly confirm the charges because even charges of single room is much high.
