    Fried chicken burger and fries are must try. Cold coffee is good but some improvements will be appreciated.

    I visited Grill Inn with My Family and ordered Maharaja Burger of 149 rupees the Burger was not up to the Mark. In Advertisement they are showing the Image of MacDonald's Burger but in reality It was Something else. Qualität of Bread was not Good. I would like to request you If you are changing 149 rupees, then you should mentain the Quality.

    Totally waste of money chiken was stinking like hell some one can get I'll after eating that chiken.The item was not fresh. I will write the complain to zomato why you dont do survey. Im dam sure omce you will do survey you will remove this chep and 3rdclass restaurant from zomato .

    Don't know how to talk to customer. Very bad behavior. Even use abusive word . I order from zomato i reach there he abuse me and don't let me eat there . Kick me out . That feeling hurt me . I want revenge, one day i will.

    It is very good place. Sometimes during festivals the food comes late but the food is really awesome. This is one of the best pizza and fast food restaurants in Bhagalpur

    Nice food you can visit here but when i was visited the environment is not good like bad smell and exhaust are not working. I hope these things are temporary so if you are near by shah market you can visit.

    Now a days grill in serving roasted pizza and make excuses. Quality of food is not good. Please don't come along with your friends and family bcoz we pay for good quality of food and they people serve roastee food . I have also attached a picture u can see the quality of food.

    Service was third grade and the environment was unexpected we have oderd pizza and chicken fried they didn't give us slip of the payment when we ask about details of the payment they said very rudely "you don't know who to find gst "it's seems like they are paying us and we are the employees of grill in they don't know who to treat the customer worsted experience ever

    Food is very nice; infact pizza is amazing I will say better than Domino's.. service is superb.. once I got one burnt garlic bread and for that they gave me 2 peice of it as an apology... Must go there!

    Late service and they even used stale bread and questionable cheese for the pizza. Even on complaining, they were too arrogant to accept the feedback. They kept a straight face saying the pizza was good, and we were wrong. Left the place with an empty stomach, spoilt mood and a promise to never return.
