This is hotel is the worst one....Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality...AC is broken and beds have bugs in it...gloomy ambience.Due to delay I waited in the Restaurant. It was dirty at 12pm. I asked for breakfast, which was good indeed, but served on dirty plate, which they did not correct even on mentioning to them. Water from tap is smelly, hot water is more smelly, I guess that is the general problem of many hotels in Delhi. It smells like sever. No Swimming pool, No Fun. Kids are always looking for a swimming pool in Digha as always going to sea for a bath is not possible and moreover sea water makes skin darker and it's not good for health as well. BIGGGGGGGGG Suggestion. Make Swimming pool, otherwise you will lose tourists in your hotel. I won't plan to go to this hotel again. Drivers are not treated well here as well. They don't have proper washroom facilities and dormitories should be free if you don't allow them to use your hotel common washroom.

The rooms are spacious and clean without any view as such... The bathroom was clean but the hot water flow was very slow... The linen were clean and AC was working fine... They have an inhouse restaurant and the food quality is good... They don't have any car parking attached with the hotel, its around 50 mtrs away... Overall a good stay... recommended.

Average hotel in a busy area in Bhagalpur. Near to Bhagalpur Govt Hospital, named as Jawaharlal Neheru Memorial Medical College. It is walking distance from there. I stayed here for 3 days. Rooms are clean. Lift facilities available. Air-conditioning available. WiFi available at every floor. The breakfast is good with a small stretch of buffet with Sandwich, fresh fruits, corn flex, milk, Aloo paratha, Curd, tea. The lunch is average (gravy are too oily and spicy. The dinner menu is better. I had fish and chicken both. Better to avoid fish. On first floor, there is a medium sized banquet Hall for party and gatherings. Overall good to average experience you'll have.

Wifi has no power backup. This means that Wifi doesn't work during a power cut. Hotel should make efforts to ensure that the Wifi Router has a power backup. Lights and Fans have a generator for power backup. But the generator takes a minute to start. Hotel should make efforts to provide power backup to Lights and Fans through a battery and inverter. Rooms are small and have no godrej wardrobe to hang clothes. Table provided inside rooms has a very short height.

I also stayed one night in this hotel with my family. I also liked the service here. Lift facility is available in this hotel.The room in this hotel is very clean and tidy And the bathroom and toilet here were also clean.There was also a double and single bed in this room.Even TV and telephone is available.

Rooms were good, but staff was not much punctual....lift was not working properly...food quality and taste was not upto mark as per price content...a little costly with respect to food and services.

So i booked 4 rooms out of which 1 was 3 guest room and 3 was 2 guest room, rooms at this hotel are well furnished, spacious and clean, service at the hotel is also a plus point, the only thing that made me a bit disappointed was the price as it was at the higher side, on discount they charged me 2200 for 2 guest room and 2700 hundred for 3 guest room even though my guests stayed for 4 days 😅. Overall I liked the service and ambience of this place and i am satisfied with the team. Thanks.

Beware if you book hotel for party function then sure how many plates are should be fixed earlier.

The hotel is well managed and also neat and clean, elevator is also available,staff are supportive and very polite,room service is just wow,and the hotel is situated in a very good location,hotel offers you a food service also,also you can book it for family function.Overall good experience.

Good place but parking facilities is not available

Considering the cost, might be one of the best stay for people getting stranded here temporarily for work. Having it's location near both Manali Chowk and Sandy's Compound makes it the prime location to live if you're in the 20-30 age group. It's also near the Ganga ghat which is an experience in itself. Rooms are a bit small and service is nothing special but people are hospitable so overall 4/5.

My experience at Hotel Galaxy 16 in Bhagalpur for the Birthday event was very disappointing. The unprofessional behavior of the hotel manager and the overall poor services were notable drawbacks. To make matters worse, several items promised in the menu, including the soup, were not provided. I recommend potential customers to explore other available options for a more satisfying dining experience.

I went in a anniversary party, total 50-60 people were there, But ac was not working properly, Food quality was not very good. It was ok ok

Location wise, the best. Room service needs improvement. Unhygienic washrooms, particularly toilet panes.

Rooms and services were great. stayed in triple for 4 days, double for 3. Exhausts werent working in both their bathrooms. In double the exhaust chimney was interconnected with their kitchen so the bathroom would get filled with smoke, unpleasant ofc but very bad for health. When asked the administration to do something they just sprayed freshner. The fiod was good but a simple cup of tea would take more than 40 minutes. Excellent hotel if you can ensure good room beforehand.

Their deluxe rooms were like normal OYO rooms in delhi which costs 700-800 but their costs were 3500. Too costly and their service was average would not recommend anyone. Theres a hotel a little far away HOTEL VAIBHAV INN their rooms are cheaper and better than this.. No promotions just reality.

Staff and management both are looting.For lifting two bags the staff asking for Rs.80 tips. Booked three room one room's washroom lock not available another room shower tape not working after asking they saying just put on the moter it will take time no one came to check. Only one towel each room. Very unhygienic and late service.For breakfast only Puri bhaji available. Morning tea chargeable that also took one hour to reach.

My sister marriage in this hotel, hotel is ok not bad, food awesome & fresh but some people don't know how to talk with guest's request to basuki ji (owner) improve ur call service employe, but I found Gopal ji he work in this hotel if he was not there so I don't know how to handle function but at last Gopal ji really appreciate ur work god bless 💕❤

Best hotel in Bhagalpur...for party

Good place to book for small parties and the food provided by them was also good and the ambience was good as well one thing I am not sure about is parking area they have space for parking but can't say how much, overall good place to go to.

The hotel was said unmarried couples are not allowed...above 28years old colleague....this was terrible thinking of this hotel owner ...and they don't follow suprem court order as well .....this hotel owner thinking was very narrow...

Worst hotel i have ever seen in my life ..!! Manager should learn how to talk nd obey to his guests.!! Nd the promises made at the time of booking are nt fulfilled and on complaining it is said that this is not a dharamsala...they called their hotel 5 star hotel.I don't understand why they think so😂 in my according it will be in (-5*)But if you think like this, then it should be remembered that if someone makes a booking in a 5 star hotel, then it is your responsibility to provide that facility to the guest.Totally Disappointed to pay so much money for this kind of hospitality 😡. Totally useless experience😠. You have lot of better options in Bhagalpur.
